For me the great thing about the album (other than the fact that it's all rock) is that it seems to reward relistens. Listening to tracks 6 and 9 last night, I was actually feeling euphoria. And imho whenever he does that very high vocal squeak that he does on 2 or 3 tracks, i think that's when he's really getting a 10/10 buzz from his music. It's pretty cool hearing someone r

Jack White - No Name Here are my track by track reactions for my second and third listens through the album. I feel there's some Led Zeppelin and a bit of AC/DC influence on this album. Overall it's good and rocking, with no ballads or slow tunes. (These are my own song titles, as of this writing the songs are officially untitled.) 1. You're Gonna Find Out - It's o

Jack White - No Name Hopefully that link works. It seems that on Friday July 19, 2024, Jack White released a new album that's been dubbed "No Name" by including a free vinyl copy with any purchase from his three Third Man record stores. There are 13 tracks with no track listing, so currently all songs are untitled. The rip is linked above. Apparently the rips are okayed by Ja

I enjoyed the YouTube videos from this show. Keith is back on target, especially with his solos. I thought he sounded great on Sympathy. To my ears, Mick always seems to sing a little flat on Mess It Up, but otherwise the instrumentation sounds really nice. And it seems Bite My Head Off went well.

I think Shonana's videos are the best fan shot concert videos I've ever seen. It feels like I'm there. I prefer no editing anyway. I have no big issues with the sound either. The guitars come through exceptionally well in my opinion.

Lol. I remember paying $30 for a bootleg cassette of a show that sounded like it was recorded at the bottom of a garbage can from across the street. The sound quality on YouTube is far, far better. Anyway, I'm watching the show on YT now and enjoying it. Fool To Cry was very well done.

I apologize if this has already been addressed, but if Paul doesn't make a guest appearance in LA, would it be safe to assume that his presence at tour rehearsals was for a recording session?

Chuck Leavell - On Piano With the Rolling Stones IORR EDITOR COMMENT: This is an interview from 1994 i.e. THIRTY - 30 - years ago. I don't know why some choose to post such old interviews without specifying date/year of the OLD interview in the subject line. Also, I don't understand why socalled "fans" post hostile messages about Chuck Leavell here on IORR. Chuck L

By my calculations, the Hackney Diamonds promotion window should end April 2025. Maybe they could have another album out by next fall. I sure hope so.

As much as I personally love She's So Cold, I would think Bite My Head Off would be just as exciting for the crowd. I hope everyone enjoys the show tonight!

I was thinking about Sweet Sounds Of Heaven today, and I wondered if anyone knew the last time a song from the newest album made the encore? If it's even ever happened. Thanks!

I just finished watching the full show on YouTube, thanks to George Garcia. It's still amazing to me that I'm able to see a whole show for free in less than 24 hours. Back in the day I would pay a lot of money for terrible sounding bootlegs! Anyway, they certainly killed it on Satisfaction. Mick is pretty astounding. If I went to my knees like that, I'd need a couple of guys to

I just finished watching the YouTube videos of New Orleans. Everyone seemed to be on and focused for Let It Bleed. Sweet Sounds Of Heaven was excellent. I also enjoyed Darryl's bass and Mick's harp on Miss You. Whole Wide World sounded surprisingly great. It's tight. I loved the beefy bass. It's a song that kind of has a rock and a ballad feel at the same time.

I'm loving Shonana's videos on YouTube. It feels like I'm right there. The audio is good too. All the songs I've heard have been good so far. A few little flaws here and there, but the good far outweighs the bad. Keith killed Little T & A. Total winner there. He wasn't running around and posing, totally understandable even if he wasn't sick, but he was focused
