We are staying at the Expo Hotel which is right next to the station and within walking distance of the Olympic stadium. Cheapest site I could find for this hotel is Otel. I used it last year for the cancelled concert and the refunded right away. If you have not been before Barca is a stunning city and my favourite in Europe.

I am flying Blackpool to Stanstead for £40 return on the Saturday (Ryanair). Arrive at 0910am and then easybus.co.uk for £4 return! from Stanstead to Baker Street. Staying 2 nights at Holiday Inn Greenwich and return from Stanstead at 2040 on the Monday. That's what I call low cost travel! Just hoping now for decent tickets at Public Sale at 0900 on Wednesday.

If you are having difficulty getting tickets for, or its too much hassle getting to London, consider the Barcelona concert in Spain on 21st June. Easyjet fly from Liverpool, which is easy to get to and if you were to depart on 20th and come back on the 23rd June, a return ticket including all taxes is £68!!! You also get the chance to visit the best City in Europe!
