Quotestonesrule Yes, they could sell out ten shows at MSG. 10 shows at the Garden would be a dream come true!

Although I don't agree with this list (except for number 1 which is spot on) If I exclude numbers 6,8,9,11,13 & 14 it's not a bad list....I've certainly seen worse...

QuoteStoneage Once every tour is enough. More than that is above par! Location is important though. Club beats arena, arena beats stadium. I respectfully disagree. I would have jumped on going to as many Stones shows as possible ( whole tours even) except that money and getting the time off from work have a real life effect (for me) preventing this. I have no desire to be homeless living on the

QuoteTeaAtThree Second night in DC on the No Security tour. I saw both nights and the second one was just at another level. T@3Didn't see the first DC show but at the second DC show the Stones were on fire! Jagger had energy like a madman. Got a high five from Keith on the catwalk and I also remember some idiot grabbing the chain that Keith was wearing around his neck and sort of pullin

Other than the club /theater gigs, I love stadium shows the best especially when the weather is nice. Stadiums usually have a younger better crowd who seem much more into the music. Also, fewer assh*les yelling to sit down at least from my expirence. Some of the best, clearest sound I've ever heard at ANY Stones concert is in the first 10 to 20 rows center on the field of a Stadium.

No, as other posters have pointed out, Altamont signaled the end of the 60's peace and love era. Altamont was conceptualized as a west coast compliment to Woodstock. Despite the Stones power house performance, Altamont was unfortunately marred by violence, chaos and lots of bad vibes. Glastonbury on the other hand merely proves that the Stones still have there "A" game. when p

QuoteRialb They were selling reserved seats (worst seats) for $85 at the MGM Box Office the day of the show. Wow what time was this? Right before the Stones went on Stage? I was at the MGM Grand Garden arena box office at around 5:45 pm and there were mad amounts of people looking for cheap Stones tickets and at that time there were NONE to be had...Maybe they dropped some cheap tickets after I g

Yeah, just like I thought... all those people bitching about the Stones playing to half empty arena's... NOT! The Stones aren't going to make an average of almost 8 Million dollars a show playing to half empty halls...

Quotemickschix LSTNT, I was watching MT behind the drumkit on June 12th and wondered what was going on...so, are you thinking that he looked disoriented because he was upset about his monitor? That would actually be a relief, rather than thinking he might have been over-using some substance!Yeah, maybe over-using some substance like food...

Miss You is a great Stones song. At every Stones concert I've ever been to when Miss You is played the crowd participation is excellent....Many people really like this song, it's got a great groove.

Got section 207, second to last row way up in the rafters. Almost identical location wise to the $85's I got in Vegas except this time I got an isle seat with a dead center straight on view.Talked to one guy from Kansas said he paid $300 (Stubhub?) for a seat maybe 5 to 7 rows lower not on the isle. A Few people around me had wrist bands (signifying $85 tickets but most did not) Mostly an
