QuotesweetcharmedlifeQuoteBluzDudeHollywood Bowl - Ventura Blvd Park and ride - Studio City (neer Universal) 10801 Ventura Blvd and 10601 Ventura Blvd RT $3 - $5 usually, depending on event. You sometimes can buy these tickets in advance, but I don't think they ever sell out. I've parked there before for sold out shows for the Stones, Petty, Fleetwood Mac, Aerosmith, Page/Plant,

Glad you are enjoying them...It's funny to me how times have changed for me personally. Nowadays, if the Stones are playing multiple nights in my town or near my time I have to go to both shows. Can't believe I only went to one of these. I'll try to get some more photos up this weekend. I won't put too many more up. No need to overdue it. I remember some of the black and

I recently bought a scanner and I've been putting in some of my old photos. I ran across a few of the pics I took at the Atlanta stop of the Voodoo Lounge tour. I used to get photo passes in college because I would cover shows for a regional music rag. Didn't make any money but I got tix and photo passes. That was enough for me. Here are a few of the shots I grabbed. I took someth

All I know is, I have always been a huge Stones fan and I grew up in KY. I remember my brothers getting to go see the Stones during the "Tattoo You" tour. It crushes me now to think about my one brother tearing apart the tour book to hand up pictures of the individual band members. While I thought it was cool at the time, now I'm like, "You destroyed the tour book!" W

The Crowes Rule! Both Robinson brothers are amazingly talented. But they are truly best when they are together.

Willie is great. At one time I worked for him when he tried to start a television network. Truly, an amazing guy. You will not find a nicer human being. Plus, his live shows are pretty amazing. If you've never seen Willie live, I recommend you do.

Muse is pretty huge. I thought they also sold out the Staples Center here in L.A. Maybe it was the Forum and I am confused...Buckcherry has never really broke through and it's probably too late for them in this musical climate. "Lit Up" came out in 99? I liked the CD, but that riff in that song always reminded me of "Shock Me" from Kiss...The Raconteurs are as big as

100. Freejack
It's funny. "Freejack" the Mick Jagger movie is on right now. It supposedly takes place way in the future. I hit the info button on my cable box to see what it says, and apparently it is set in 2009. Hysterical. I remember watching that movie in college. It did seem like a distant future then.

By my count this is the third article quoting someone saying they were opening up for Zeppelin. First, The Cult, next was Velvet Revolver, and now Whitesnake. Wonder who will be next?

Never mind. I found it. I saw 02 3 2007 and it was a March 2, 2007 show. That's my birthday and I knew I wasn't at a show then. Then realized O2 Arena, Show 2. Sometimes I don't see things correctly.

I live in Los Angeles and will have to make a road trip to do at least one of his shows. I wouldn't count on a second U.S. Leg. His last tour was just a few southern dates. He does nothing conventional.

You never know what you are going to hear at a Springsteen show. Not even the band. It's not unusual for him to change the setlist during the show. The only constant at a Springsteen show is that you are going to have a blast and hear some great musicians who know how to rock.

It's "crackerheads." Southern white folks are often referred to as "crackers." It's a fairly innocuous term, however it's origins are not that nice. Came from the white master who was "cracking" the whip during slave days.

I was at both of those Anaheim shows. Freakin' great. Tom Morello's appearance was amazing. Those solos were scorching.

Just saw Bruce on Monday and Tuesday night. Great show. Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine came out and guested on The Ghost of Tom Joad. Absolutely amazing. If you get a chance to catch The Boss, I highly recommend it.

I don't think Keith should change a thing. Always has been the coolest guy on earth. To get upset about the LV advert is just silly. His fee is going to charity. Sounds like a pretty cool thing to me. Rock on, Keith!

I personally was looking forward to the Zep tour. I never got to see them as a kid and was hoping to get a chance. I've seen Page/Plant and solo Plant but it's not the same. The reworking of the classics to where they are virtually unrecognizable doesn't do it for me. Sorry, call me a purist, but if I'm going to hear "Black Dog" I want to hear it with a guita
