Just saw it at my local in Australia. Loved it, Keef locking in on Charlie and Micks sly wink seconds before he bounded on stage were fantastic. Even loved Angie. Was great seeing the joy in the faces of the fans and the band. Was fun also catching up with the local Stones fans. Hope we get to see Ole Ole Ole

The last Sydney show felt like a jam. Micks voice was recovering and the band covered for him. Mick did LOTS of dancing, roostering and the band played like demons. My last show and possibly the greatest show I witnessed. Plus we got 3 Keef songs, Respectable, Sweet Virginia and Bitch.

Sad day in Australia and in the world of rock. Stevie Wright, frontman for the Easybeats and a great rocker in his own right died over night. I was lucky enough to hang out with Stevie a few times in the 80s, saw the good and the bad. But when he was together, man, what a performer. Just a Gift for me was a grower. Now it's my fave, for this week anyways. It's almost something Gram would be doing if he was with us. I think it's one of Keefs greatest songs. This man continues to surprise. It's one of the most emotive songs I've heard him do.
