I agree if anyone could pull off faking his death, it would be Morrison! I thought Val Kilmer did an unbelieveable job in the movie, THE DOORS. It was almost TOO GOOD! I really wish I'd seen them live, one of the few big bands I missed! Jim died way too soon.....if indeed he died! Either way, the music ended. I do disagree that the Stones CAN'T PLAY at the level described, I think they've been stamped a GREATEST HITS BAND and they think the majority of fans want them to stick to the pre-ordained set lists. I don't think Mick has had a " BAD TOUR" but in terms of moving and dancing, I loved the '72 and '75 and all tours except the 1978 tour. I did not love the set list much, never loved " Some girls" and thought the Stones later tours from '89 on were incredible for different reasons.The early tours were raw energy and as they evolved the show became more pace
