I am totally thrilled for Mick and think it's about time the world is shown exactly how talented he really is, even apart from the Stones! Not that I ever want to see him split from the band but it is time for Mick to shine all on his own! I hope he basks in the glory for a good long time! And I agree totally with RANK OUTSIDER in his estimation of Keith! Eat your heart out, Keith and SHUT U

Can someone tell me what show in Philly in 1999 they played Moonlight Mile! I was at the Philly shows that year and I didn't hear that! I know I would have remembered it! I went to the Union Center shows and the Vet Stadium. Thanks.

I'm really very sick of the Chuck bashing! As you said, Chuck is an essential part of their sound and he certainly adds more than he detracts! Yes, he is the conductor, the one who keeps Keith in line and in key and who intertwines with the rest of the instruments so give it a rest! I hate the thought of reading endless posts about how Chuck screwed up once the tour starts! So BORING and so

If Mick had a lyric sheet he could do it but Keith would be the problem....Ronnie too come to think of it. I guess it would depend on Charlie and Mick and Daryl Jones to carry the ball! And so what if it turned out a bit sloppy! Look at the Dead and Bob Dylan! Certainly the Stones could outplay them! I say, let them give it a try and you nay-sayers would be pleasantly surprised!

I agree if anyone could pull off faking his death, it would be Morrison! I thought Val Kilmer did an unbelieveable job in the movie, THE DOORS. It was almost TOO GOOD! I really wish I'd seen them live, one of the few big bands I missed! Jim died way too soon.....if indeed he died! Either way, the music ended. What a lose, an awesome poet with a unique stage presence!

I like DOUBLE DOSE as a cd title, or perhaps Crack it Open! They love edgy titles that can have many levels of meaning; how about Shades of Twilight. I'll keep trying.....

I do disagree that the Stones CAN'T PLAY at the level described, I think they've been stamped a GREATEST HITS BAND and they think the majority of fans want them to stick to the pre-ordained set lists. Yes, the lists are unimaginative but I think in part it's guessing what the majority of the audience wants to hear. Most of the Stones audiences are not as sophisticated as us die-har

There must be someone still alive that knew Meredith. The follow up was horrible and the Angels want us all to believe they were protecting the Stones from a crazed fan. It could very well be true that the Angels were after his girlfriend or being @#$%&, as they had been all that day! I would bet he was protecting himself or the girl and it was unfortunate that he gave the Angels a reason to kill

Some folks are just toxic and negative about everything just for the HELL of it so we just need to avoid and ignore them, We all know Doug is a great guy, totally dedicated to THE STONES and full of helpful information that he gladly shares with all of us! Keep up the great work, Doug, we all love you!

I really enjoyed the Corrs! Sheryl Crow was ok, not great and the GooGoo's were boring.Way back in 1978, I enjoyed Foreigner and in 1972, Little Stevie Wonder was quite good!!!

ROLLING STONES, BEATLES, WHO, LED ZEPPELIN, JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE Elvis is not a band, nor is Michael Jackson: the Doors may be #6 and The Yardbirds, Kinks, Derek and the Dominoes all need to be considered.

I don't think Mick has had a " BAD TOUR" but in terms of moving and dancing, I loved the '72 and '75 and all tours except the 1978 tour. I did not love the set list much, never loved " Some girls" and thought the Stones later tours from '89 on were incredible for different reasons. The early tours were raw energy and as they evolved the show became more pace
