The reports of how quickly the Platinum Pit pricing is fluctuating is fascinating. I don't think it's something I've ever seen before. It's really very close to the kind of thing people actually think of when you say "flex pricing". In practice, "flex pricing" has simply meant that tickets are either dropped down to the next established price level if they

Quoteforsure I don’t recall the venue off hand, but I saw some $65 and some $45 tickets up in nose bleed, kind of side stage. Probably $400 level. Might have been jacksonville Philly had $44.50 and $64.50, AMEX presale only, near the top of the sideline locations. Nosebleed, but not obstructed. They were mid-stadium. At that stadium, the sideline seating is taller than the far endzone sea

Quotejackflash27By the way, I live in Europe and the only option is to choose tickets by 'will' or something. That means I have to pick them up? Can I do that 1 or 2 days before the show? * "Will Call". * Yes, you will have to pick them up at the venue box office. You are usually required to present identification and/or the credit card used to make the purchase. Check t

QuoteNellcote1971 Any thoughts on those seats next to the mixer/speaker tower which might obstruct the view but are still in fron of GA? I almost went for them at around $200 but wasn't convinced in the end... Rest of the section is $400. Will be going to Phily btw, but layout is similar anywhere. My theory on the rear-field GA is that it avoids people having to get re-seated because o

QuoteTopi Quotesarahunwin I think Ticketbastard have programmed it so even if face value Pit tic show up, you cannot buy them!!! Not true. What I did I kept clicking on the same exact listing without letting the page refresh the map. It worked after about 5-6 tries. Click, click, click. What worked for me: 1) Zoom the map out so that you just see the sections, not individual seats. The in

Quoterovalle yeah did that but it keeps coming up AMEX...I think it's showing seats that aren't really fan club pre-sale... I got tired of the long search results so at one point I even filtered out AMEX presale offerings because I really wanted to focus on retrieving rear field. Every individual category, including both of AMEX's presales, was hide-able. (But, SOB's tha

Bastard son of a thousand dogs! Got a pair of rear fields (Philly) on my FIRST TRY using Chrome instead of Firefox. What if I had snagged front pits (and was in the market for them)? I would have been shut out without knowing why. Final damage: $345 on 2 $145 tix. Math sez: $55 in fees. For that kind of money, their site needs to be moar better.

I've lost rear field several times now, so for kicks and giggles I picked a random pair of the found tickets. I get a brief message: "We're securing your verified tickets...", then "Sorry, we could not process your request, please try again later." Just like I get with the rear fields. No matter what seats I pick. I suppose someone is grabbing the fiel

Section 118 in Philly, directly under the Club Level, is $394 a pop. Whoever bought those club seats in Foxboro for $200 a pop, approx above where Philly's 118 is?? You did well, son. You make me proud.

For people who really "just wanted inside", and were willing to sit in nosebleeds, and really can't afford the VIP lifestyle (instead of just poor-mouthing about prices), the Amex presale today was the place to be. In Philly, upstairs tickets ranging from $44.50 to $94.50, many together in rows. You could see where the aisles are, etc. Yeah, the seats suck, but the same sea

So if peeps are seeing $500 pit tickets, what are these? Some sort of package? $~500 is face value, ticket only. Pit packages are $~1500 I wonder if the $1204 was for 2tix+fees??
