Yeah where is Kyle?!?!?! He is always fun! When i heard the handsome girls set for the first time i was absolutely blown away. It's just pure rock 'n roll! Great guitars, true weaving and Jagger for some reason sings far better then there previous and following tour. I love Miss You and Beast of Burden on Handsome girls!

I'm not saying that i don't like it. I think it's the greatest show on earth! I only meant to say that it is to bad they are being critisized for putting on the "same" show for lets say the last 15 years. How on earth can come up with something new for forty years, it's imposibble. That's why i don't it that they are being bashed for something that can

I think it's very interesting why Bill left. He was on a dutch tv show called Wintertijd. In this program someone famous is being intervieuwed in a very relaxed way and there talking about there life and there favorite music and they show there favorite clips. I love seeing Bill in an intervieuw because he is always very relaxed and you get the feeling he is honest and always telling somet

I never liked his voice during the '75/'76 and '81/'82 tours. I hate it when he is just shouting and screaming instead of signing. He was great during the sixties, from '69 'till '73 he had a very different sound than the early years but it was a real good rock 'n roll vocie. I love his voice nowadays (from '89 on), he sounds great. The rough edges he

The scene in the car after the Palais is great. Also the intro of Stray cat is cool because they rehearsed it during the soundcheck. You can see they're glad it went well. The part during the intro of Love Train is also fun to watch. Keith and Mick joking around. My favorite part must be I can't turn you loose. I love it when Charlie starts playing again after the second ending. You

You can read my mind Edward! I also was listening to GHS a couple of days ago and it struck me to. I normally listen to boots all the time but i decided that is was time to listen to the originals again. After a while i ended up with GHS. And i thought i should post a topic about this but you beat me ;-) I really like 100 years ago. The melody is great. It's the only song i sing along to f

I don't understand what you think is rigged about the cyber vote on BtoB tour. The list of songs you could choose from are all rehearsed. They closed the voting somewhere in the afternoon when the set list is made so that they know what song it would be. Then they can rehearse it one more time during the sounscheck if they wanted to. What is rigged about that?

The beginning of Brown Sugar from Vredenburg '03 was terrible but two days later Keith @#$%& it up again big time during the opening of the show with brown sugar. During the Landgraaf show of '99 Keith @#$%& up Memory Motel. But here is the geniues of the band. The adjusted immediatly and i don't think a lot of people in crowd noticed it!!! At least not were i was standing because

The '78 version is the best IMO. I love the song, also the '89/'98 version. They were maybe strechted a bit to long over the years but i think they did that more for the perfomnce (Lisa walking around, Ronnie playing with Bobbie) than that it was meant for the playing. I also was at the Stade France show and i thought it was a very cool version. Much more bluesy espescially with

I think that there are other factors for that than Ronnie. During the Mick Taylor period they were at a creative peak and were at the top of there game. So to stay on top they had to produce albums and tour because there was a lot of competition. For Ronnie's period. Keith had his drug/jail problems in the late seventies. I think it is part of the reason why they only did a short tour of A

I like the b-stage a lot, but i would be great if they come up with something different. The only problem is, what else is there to come up with apart from the "in the round" concept?!

Well you descriped it pretty good there. Every period had his own look. I don't have much footage of the '69/'72 period, i love the way he moved during '75/'78 except his clothes were a bit studid. I never liked Jagger during the '81/82 tour. I hate his "singing" and his look. He was always chewing gumand had stupid clothes on. From '89 on he is just t

After the pictures of ChrisM and KeithRichards i'm curious about all the other guitars people have. A long time ago i posted a thread here about wich guitars everybody plays and i know now some of you have some pretty good stuff. Espescially Mathijs, i saw he played some awesome guitars during the Kurhaus gig!!!!

The soundboards recordings from this tour are great. Indeed just pure rock and roll. However i have heard many times that a lot of shows were real sloppy and not good. Can anyone tell me why they only toured for two months and why did they play a show in a small venue and then a big one?
