QuotePhil Good I don't think that Spain will/wants to win. Because that would lead to a match against Brasil very soon. If spain let's Japan win Germany it screwed. However they can screw Spain back by letting Costa Rica win. Then both Spain and Germany are out. That would be quite the spectacle haha Not going to happen.

Spain and France by far the best teams. Brazil behind them. Outsiders Argentina, England, Netherlands and Portugal and even Germany. I think we will see in the 1/4 Spain-Brazil Netherlands - Argentina England - France Germany - Portugal Semi's Spain - Netherlands France - Germany Final Spain - France

Quotelem motlow Quotemarcovandereijk QuoteKRiffhard Is this the best live version? It doesn't get better than this. This is what The Rolling Stones is all about. Thanks for posting the link. It says 2002 but I think that’s the 90s but still, it’s mind blowing they were this good that late in their career. I sometimes forget Mick sold his soul to the devil then I remember and it ex

QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteNICOS QuotePaintMonkeyManBlack Roundhouse is great but the horns kinda take away the dirty, raw, darkness of the song for me. "the dirty, raw, darkness " is the most important ingredient of the song, if that's missing it's no good That darkness is most prominent on the studio version Agree! Nothing beats the studio one in terms of atmosphere.

I'm a relative new Stones fan in the sense that I just was too young to see them a lot. In the ABB tour I was 20 years and saw them 5 times. So glad I got to see them 15 times after that. The last three shows I saw where Brussels, Paris and Berlin in 2022... Thinking about those every day and they make me so happy. 2022 was my best Stones year ever.

QuoteStonesfan2146 QuoteGasLightStreet Quotebv During 2005-2007 they did half of all the songs of their new album "A Bigger Bang" live. If you want to experience new songs live then you just have to attend more than one show. In 2007 they mostly played ONE NEW SONG (Rough Justice). They tanked out and went HOT ROCKS. Yeah but that was 2 years after the album release and those 1-n

QuoteDGA35 One thing that surprises me when everyone talks about their ages is that I look at Elton John, 75, who will have done 300 shows on this farewell tour! I know he doesn't move like Mick does, but still, he's up there in age. Going to see him tonight in Vancouver, he's also playing tomorrow night here. He just finished 2 shows in Tacoma. His band includes original drumme

Quoteslewan QuoteTopi But why a 50-year package when you just celebrated 60? simply because of EU copyright laws. Any recording that has not been commercially used within 50 years becomes public domain. So the deadline to release stuff from 1972 is Dec 31, 2022 (midnight) nice info. What recordings have not been used commercially though?

Isn't it a missed opportunity that for 1.170 we didn't chip in as fans and make it public. Or doesn't it work this way. Have no idea about this kind of business.

Quotebv The release of their album "A Bigger Bang" was supported by a two years worldwide tour of 148 shows during Aug. 2005 to Aug. 2007. Ronnie is leaking a lot of their plans actually, a 50 years package i.e. Sticky Fingers to current, another tour, and a new album. So I assume they will do major cities worldwide next year. Interesting....!

Quotepftw04 I personally feel that ROLLING STONES will not be touring next year. As Mick Jagger will be turning 80. And I cannot think or imagine that Mick Jagger will be dancing around the stage at 80. That will be too much to ask from the front man. Also Keith Richards will be 79. So considering there age I feel 2022 maybe there last. I don't think so (except if something happens..), bu
