QuoteBungo I've been saying it for years, "only Mick Taylor can save this band". And I've finally been proven correct. Like Jesus Christ dying on the cross to save mankind from the burning fires of Hell Mick Taylor's soaring guitar work has saved The Rolling Stones from desecrating their legacy with interminable versions of some of the greatest songs ever recorded. Mick&#

QuoteGravityBoy You're joking... Mick would say the right words.. (okay, maybe not beebay)... but say and do the right things (whether he meant it or not)... Anything Keith said would be open to interpretation... I said heartfelt and emotional not that it would be more coherent than Mick's. lol

QuoteWindyHorses What?! Don't you have anything FUN to do? UGH! What makes you think there will be a funeral? Maybe they aren't into funerals. I'm not. Neither was John Lennon. Or George Harrison. Take it easy. It's down pouring in NY. I looked out the window and thought of this. lighten up!

I was thinking that unless Mick and Keith decide to do a Thelma and Louise and drive over a cliff together, one of them will out live the other (Mick will be so annoyed if he goes first!). And you know the survivor will deliver a eulogy for the other. My guess is that Keith's for Mick would be more heartfelt and emotional. Interested to hear what others think.

The fans have been along for the ride too. Some of us would just like to see that these two men get along and can interact with each other like they each do with the rest of the band.
