Quotebv Quotebam On page 140, I suggested: “Perhaps bv or the thread originator can change the name to another Stones studio album in 2023.” I’m afraid that may still be as good a guess as any. This thread started in 2016. I have made the thread title generic, so that it will still work next year, and the year after. Really hope there isn't some sort of hint, a hidden message in there.

Please tell me: how many 7" would that add up to? And how many CD-singles (assuming there's min. 4 tracks per such a disc...)? Also, These alledged 14 albums could have easily been put inside one big 'Box Set' - so in just óne release. That surely would have saved quite a lot on promo & distribution & tour merch etc. Just thinking out loud, here...

Quotetreaclefingers QuoteDoxa That would be a nice addition to my Christmas album collection. I have only one so far, Dylan's (plus one single, quess by who). I will pass Clapton's, sorry Eric. Bob's "Must be Santa" is a Christmas classic in my house. - Doxa OK, no one else has guessed, I'm going to say "Wonderful Christmas Time" by Paul McCartney.

QuoteKevinLocksPerm Well it was only intended as a joke but............ Let's be honest. If they did release such an album you'd all go out and buy it - FACT And you'd probably all expect them to tour behind it - FACT And you's probably all get upset when they didn't play any of the tracks live. FACT Funny - but: Nó. (x3)

I think mere life, human existance in itself, is one big 'cognitive dissonance' between who you are/ aspire to be on the one hand, and how other people see you/ expect you to be on the other. That about wraps it up for me... - now I'll get me coat.

Hopefully, Exile on Main Street will give them the solid footing they need to open up, and with a little horizon-expanding (perhaps honed by two months on the road), they might even deliver it to us the next time around." Yeah; Helen Mirren came to my mind as well... And the girl that did a young Queen Elisabeth in the tv series “The Crown”... nice job as well! So surely yes; it can be done. Gonna be extremely difficult, though... (as you pointed out yourself as well.) And, interesting observation about Sinatra as well; there’s yet another one of the sheer imossible to lay down Great Ones.

If we take ‘solo Stones’ into account, I saw Keith at the Ahoy in Rotterdam in ‘92/‘93 (dunno the max.cap. There, but it must be around 15,000...); Bill Wyman’s RK In Antwerp (BEL) in a 1,200 venue, and Mick Taylor in the Mean Fidler’s (London) togetheter with some 200 people. Also saw Dick Taylor with The Pretty Things in the legendary 100 Club...

Remember being quite impressed with James for his role in “VINYL”; and yep, there (surely, how else could it be) is resemblance.
