I'd love to see them tour again. What else have we? And if they do, they will impress us once again.

QuoteRobertJohnson I've seen two shows (Düsseldorf and Amsterdam). Both shows were mediocre, the acoustic in Amsterdam was awful, the guitar playing of Keith in Düsseldorf horrible; from the boots I recognize that the guitar work of Ronnie and Keith declined unfortunately in general. Ronnies solos in the first part of the tour were really lousy (e. g. SMU or YCAGWYW or TD), then the solos we

QuoteDragonSky All you have to do is listen. And when it's compared to even the Licks tour then yes, it was bad. Could you be more spesific? I saw the Olympia show in 2003, and Keith was no where near the cords on Hand of fate, except for the beginning and that theme. I'm impressed that they gave it out on the dvd set, but they covered it up pretty nicely... :-) Anyway, my point is

A lot of people here seems to have had an awful experience of the ABB tour. They write that the band played bad, that Keith was extremely bad and so on. Personally I haven't got that impression. I attended 17 shows in different cities, over a two year period, and I had a great time on each and every one of them. I've seen them many times on every tour, except NS, since 1982, and ABB

QuotePer-Arne Yes, I saw all the 3 shows in Stockholm in 2003 - and I was lucky enough to get the ticket for the club show from the membership (and membership for the two others as well) For me,traveling from Norway: Cheap flights, cheap hotelrooms and top priced tickets. I have already started to save money for a possible tour next year. Hope it will be a reality - and I'm looking forward t

Yeah, I know. It's the same concert as Brussels affair. :-) I love it. Never seen it later with the name Nasty Music though. But most importantly is that this one, out of many, was the one I chose in the store.

Back in 1979 I was in Århus, Denmark, and found a record store called Dandelion. I bought my first Stones bootleg album, Nasty Music. Since that day the collection has grown by a few hundred, but to this day I haven't got anything that can match this one. And to hit Nasty Music among all the really bad bootleg out at the time, both sound wise and musically from the Stones, I just couldn'

I would definetely go to as many shows I can. I, as opposed to some, are fully confident that The Stones will deliver the goods, as always. I do not think that A Bigger Bang tour was bad at all. I went to 11 shows, and they were all good. Lot's of good songs, different songs, although the warhorses were ther of course, the guitars were loud and raunchy, Mick his usual impressive self, and Ch

QuoteCome On QuotePer-Arne Yes, like the earlier tours. Will try to see as many shows as possible. Per-Arne The possibillities is very often a matter of money in my case...Last time they were in Stockholm they had 3 shows in a week for about 80 + 100 + 200 Euro... (Stadium for 35000, sport-arena for 12000, clubshow for 800) Worth every euro, that was. So was Paris and New York.... And I w

Quotebuffalo7478 It may be their last tour, but part of me would rather just remember the when they were vital. I would not pay big money to see them trot out some warhorses in big arenas and stadiums, where they put more focus on 'vegas show' vs 'rocking concert'. My dream would be they throw out the stadiums and vegas for several dates and play some blues as a 5 or 6 pie
