Would appreciate any suggestions from locals in Buenos Aires on areas to stay. I'm looking for a more historical area, safe, with bars, restaurants and live music venues. Also, near public transportation, assuming there is a train that goes to La Plata (if that's where the concerts end up happening.) Thanks in advance.

I made an upgrade call for Buffalo and they did mention that "presales" were not eligible for an upgrade. Then, TM said Buffalo could not upgrade at all. I didn't push it, but intend to call back if something really good opens. I am in section B, so in a good spot already. Tried to upgrade for KC and TM said this was possible, but there were no better locations for my price

Warning... A taxi from MCI airport to the Plaza will cost over $60. Take the blue Super Shuttle. I am not sure about airport to downtown...maybe a flat rate is in effect.
