Hi banditpanda,I am sure not.after playing many hours this one I think he use standart tuning live in two ways and open E tuning for the studio version.
Since 1999 he use the same way from the us tour 69 and it is not the easiest:remember Wembley 99 he had to re-starded the intro.

I have ALL tour posters since 1969 including some 69 posters without any town and date,and I never seen this one before.As you know nowadays its easy to reprint on it ,so I think it is a fake.
