Quotechrism13 Now this is a great post! Especially compared to my "tissues on Stage post. John Meyer has his own line and countless others (Santana). Not sure why the Stones haven't used them...at least from what I have seen. I was searching online to possibly purchase one ...was looking for a semi hollow with humbuckers. Mayer only has on model with his name not a whole line

I’m opened minded but I find the whole Yoko thing bizarre. Especially her involvement with Lennon’s music.

QuoteHairball Only attended two (both L.A. ), but have watched and/or listened to all of them either livestream and/or after the fact via youtube. Pittsburgh Nashville L.A. #1 L.A. #2 Minneapolis ---------- Most disappointing: Dallas Hollywood, FL You can’t judge a show if you weren’t there. That’s ridiculous to judge a show broadcasted with a smart phone.

Quotedkwalika I did a spreadsheet of the ten shows I've seen between 1975 and 2019, and I was pleasantly surprised to find I had seen 82 different songs! My favorite gems were "Crazy Mama," "Route 66," "Moonlight Mile," and "Don't Stop," which I still love ant think is underrated. That’s pretty cool to do!

He mentions at around the 5:30 mark that he pulls out the bridge and middle position on the knobs. Push/Pull knobs? Rotary toggle switch? Strange. Definitely modern era mods. That hex nut if from the original jack input plate. the guy in the video should know that.

QuoteGreen Lady QuoteStonesFan35 Some folks may have never seen them before and most likely never will again, they have to play the warhorses. This is less likely to be true in a show like this: high prices, probably a higher percentage of die-hard fans. It strikes me that they are treating this extra show like one of their "millionaire's shows". The wine and cheese people. Yo

Quote24FPS QuoteMore Hot Rocks Quote24FPS I've always wanted a film that would focus on the real Allman Brothers, with Duane. There seems to be very little good footage of the original band. Even the Fillmore East stuff never seems to have been professionally worked on. I hope they get this right. I recently got hold of an Allman Brothers boxset. I thought I'd give some post Duane cuts

Quote24FPS I'm shocked no one has come back with a snarky comment about the Beatles. Yes, the Stones were a blue cover band, at one point. Just like the Beatles were a schlock cover band, at one point with show tunes like Till There Was You. I like the word "schlock"! I guess its the same as schmaltz. I agree with you.

Quote24FPS QuoteTaylor1 He was pretty good on the 1967 tour, maybe he could have got himself together. I think his main problem was he did not want to play in the band anymore by 1969. Maybe the whole Anita thing plus he could not write pop songs But there's the hang. They weren't writing pop songs by 1969. They were playing rock, rhythm and
