I ordered four, and three of them were in fine shape, but the fourth had some wrinkling in the metallic foil (Santa Clara). Communication with ROUTE went well. They were quick to respond. They requested pictures of the damage and sent another that en route. We'll see what kind of shape it is in upon arrival.
