Quotebuffalo7478 QuoteChristiaan QuoteJustjon Unfortunately, looks like low cost, universal stage setup. Just the window dressing will be different. Hopefully, larger side screens than the Euro 2022 tour. Understandable though for an under 20 show tour nowadays. 3X this year! (NEW JERSEY, PHILADELPHIA & OHIO! QuoteDan Quotegeorgemcdonnell314 So it looks like we are taking the bus line from IAH to NRG. It takes an hour and a half. Anyone local know if the bus line is safe? I do not want to rent a car and Uber is really expensive. I am taking the same bus (102) and transferring to Red Line. I ain't trippin'. Houston is freakishly car centric - even for the US - much like most of Lo

Quotecyclist Quotednewton99 Yes you can for sure take Red Line back and forth - loads of extra trains etc. It will be crowded for sure but they move people into the trains fast. But uber is a cluster (lot too far, mess, chaos, long wait) and traffic is gridlock so I would do the Red Line. Donna, thank you so much for your guidance! Deeply appreciated. Can't believe this show is just arou

Quoterich-wdc The venue has a retractable roof. Any insight on whether it's open air or not? Or how/when the decision is made? They very rarely open the roof. They tend to optimize for making patrons comfortable and keeping the A/C in - because Houston is very humid and hot even in spring and fall. And it is green/lush here but that means many short but unexpected showers - like parts

Quotecyclist Donna, hi! I'll be staying in Montrose and looking for public transit options to NRG. Seems like the Red Line will take me there easily. Should it be straightforward getting the Red Line back, or will it be a long wait? If implausible, I'll just walk north awhile and get an Uber. Grew up in Houston but haven't been back in 20 years. Red line is the one that goes to NRG. It will be jammed but you can get out because numerous trains. All the med ctr buildings and hospitals are in theory a no no as lots are for the hospitals but people do it - but I think that is safest area at midnight on a Sunday. Some other folks are staying at hotels there so that is fine to ride as they get off there. I am looking and I don't lik

Not sure anyone every answered this I live in Houston and mostly the entire NRG facility and parking lots are gated, fenced with guards with the only openings the ticket booths. There is the Astrodome, and NRG Arena on the same grounds so large. But if you act like you are supposed to be there they might let you in or if you claim you are taking a tour of the Astrodome or something and friends h

I live in Houston and it can be a major 1.5 hour gridlock to park and there are not a ton of remote lots. Unfortunately you can't park near exit if you want. There are some lots that some people have better luck with but I would recommend uber/lyft and don't use the uber lot for pickup. Walk north till you get to commercial area and then call an uber. There is a very short rail line so

Hello - I live in Houston in Montrose and can provide some insights and tips and tricks. Feel free to email me at dnewton98@yahoo.com and I we can interact directly. hello - so I know people staying at the Hyatt Place and it is definitely walkable 1.3 miles per google maps walking. It is in an area with tons of office and medical buildings so not great for other stuff but it is brand new and looks very nice and I drove by it and it is good spot - not the closest but not far 15-20 minutes and it is flat in Houston. Unfortunately the rail station is a bit p

We really lucked out that an IT guy was also a dedicated fan at the right time to build this. The magic stars aligned. I see people suggesting charging subscription fee or selling ads on the future site. You might consider a one time donation fundraising like Gofundme to build an account that could pay for the service for a number of years to bank that and maybe need for one time migration/in

@livefromuk - I may be biased because I do always find affordable tickets on resale sites and even some drops on TM or other primary platform. And I check often enough to see the new seats appear. The Linc in Philly is pretty much sold out outside of maybe 3-400 platinum tickets, which is nothing. No VIP packages either. Glad as I was able to scoop up FV pits during the presales.
