Hope you enjoy these. Mike.
Very nice versions! Covers of 'Luxury' are rare... I ended up including a rough run-through by the Hammersmith Gorillas that wasn't released until decades later (great vocal though):
Thanks for your generous response! Good luck with the project! Forum: Tell Me
Well we all love Charlie but I found the book pretty lightweight. Think “Ronnie” rather than “Life”. Not that I approve of that work of fantasy but it’s fairly in depth. Forum: Tell Me
Actually he’s very good on Whole lotta love but it would have been kinder to shoot the wild horses rather than massacre them in the way he did there. Forum: Tell Me
I was at 2. Nowhere near as good as Anfield. However I was about half a mile from the stage. Guitars definitely not as good as Liverpool. Set list also not brilliant. Forum: Tell Me
Stade de France? Where football fans at the recent UCL final were horribly assaulted by the local vibrant youth? No thanks.

Keith's back to wearing a beanie again….
He looks like Jacques Cousteau.
After HP2 I doubt we’ll ever see the back of his head again. Looked awful. Far more dignified in the hat. Forum: Tell Me
Hi all. I was there last night. Golden circle at Anfield and absolutely loved that show. However I was way back in GA last night so that obviously colors your impression. A few points. The set list was too nostalgic for me. There’s good stuff post 78 but we didn’t hear it last night. Really bizarre guitar levels at times. Like watching Shine a light. This is not helped by the incredibly dry tones Forum: Tell Me

what is it with the "tv license"? do we need it really or are there other ways for watching? thanx a lot!
This is what many of us in the UK ask every day. We have a compulsory subscription of £160 a year. Forum: Tell Me
Heartbreaking clip of Brian there. I wonder what he says to Mick just after having to explain to the tv presenter that no, he doesn’t write the songs. Anyway Mick was a bit graceless in his comment about Brian I thought. Poor show. No need old chap. Forum: Tell Me
