Well the tour is now over. Will they ever play America again? I certainly hope so but Europe deserves shows as does South America. I witnessed the show in Foxbor the other night and MR was simply awesome. The interplay between Mick and Keith was like the old days. For me it was an epic performance. I saw the first Metlife show a week earlier and it was not played. The show somehow came off as incomplete without it. It is always the highlight of the show for me. I know some shows from 94 to 2007 didn't include it.

I love the early Beach Boys music but I never knew to what extent that the band did not play in the studio other than Brian. I saw a documentary called the Wrecking Crew and they played much of the instrumentation.

Undercover the album was really the end of the Stones as a relevant rock band in terms of new music. It took forty years for them to release an album that compares with it. Hackney to me is the best album since Some Girls. But Undecover is very good and the title track is really great! 25 x 5 for my money is their best documentary. Crossfire was a little disappointing that it ended in 1982. It was almost like the band was admitting that they were great until 1982 and they aren't very proud of their latter day work. Just my take.
