Could that be a corporate event for the tour sponsor? With some tickets on public sale to get the rock show feeling by bringing in some real fans. From the pictures i found on the internet i would say that ballroom has a capacity no more than 2000. Also the 90 minute time frame reminds me of the Deutsche Bank show in 2007.
