It is just frustrating knowing they have a huge catalog of well-known songs that they rarely play and continue to play ones that could be easily subbed in and out of the lineup i.e. IORR, YGMR, TD, Doom and bloody Gloom (axe this song now please) - subbing in Under My Thumb, Ruby Tuesday, Let It Bleed etc. It's like watching that 85 year old guy buy himself a Ferrari and he wants it to ha

Quote1969Fan Shows they take seriously and that they stage so the greatest numbers of fans may experience and enjoy them to the highest degree. Almost spit my coffee on the computer screen when I read this.If the 1965 version of Mick Jagger saw himself today, he'd kick his butt for mailing it in!

Quotestill ill Quotetaz22 Quotestill ill I've seen eleven shows in London/Twickenham since 1990 and never heard Shattered and i've seen them play pretty much all the other semi regulars. They played it at the Shepherds Bush show but i think that's it. Slightly odd considering they try to avoid stuff they've played recently in the same city but it's still never turned up.

Quoterelms QuoteStoneage One footnote: There is only one modern song (made in the last three decades) in the set list, Doom and Gloom, and that is the one people whines about the most. Even fanboys do! Strange... I like Doom and Gloom, I think it works great in concert. I'd take anything off of B2B or ABB that to have to sit through Doom and Gloom again and again and again and again!

Quoteflacnvinyl Quotetaz22 Surely someone from the Stones camp reads this board and hears the feedback. We aren't asking for much, you would think they would want to deliver one last time. If the stadiums are full of people happy to hear the hits one last time, that seems to be all they care about. BV says the Stones camp does read the board, but not the complaints. I am sure they are aw

How was She's So Cold at the show it was played? I remember Mick completely messing up the SSC lyrics to it in Ottawa in 2005. Just a huge train wreck!

Quotemickschix There's no denying how much I love the Stones BUT I have decided not to go to any of these stadium shows for reasons that I've stated before ( chance of nasty weather, too many friggin people, too far away from the stage potentially etc) AND the main reason is the BORING set list for this tour. I can't help saying it! They stopped playing the songs I WOULD have made

Coming up to a little more than 7 hours before the show and no song vote. Has there been a show without a song vote this tour?

QuoteRokyfan Quotetaz22 QuoteRokyfan The lyric is Baltimore not Buffalo, right before Dick and Pat (Nixon) in D.C. Nope.........and to be honest......Baltimore doesn't rhyme as well with 'radio' as 'Buffalo' does. After I wrote that I thought it has both and I was wrong Now i have to go listen

Quotebrianvargo Quotetaz22 Hoping the Stones will play 'Rip This Joint' in Buffalo!! "Dig that sound on the radio, Then slip it right across into Buffalo." To this day, even though I know that those are the words, I still hear the line as "Dig that sound on the radio, then slip a rottweiler in the bungalow." Brian LOL!!!!

The only 'opinion' that really matters is that of Keith and Mick. Obviously they felt that it was best to give KD Lang a credit, as in their opinion ASMB must have sounded close enough to Constant Craving that they did what they did.

QuoteTurner68 Quotetaz22 SFTD - Ottawa 2005 when Charlie gets up and walks away from his drum kit for about a minute while keith goes off the stage and yells....what the f is going to the stage hands. QuoteMore Hot Rocks Quotetaz22 Have a feeling that Ruby Tuesday is going to be the fan song vote winner for Buffalo. why not Rip This Joint? It mentions Buffalo. Following this logic, RTJ should have been played in Dallas.
