Tumbling Dice & Casino Boogie. I can almost imagine an Elvis version of Happy. Yeah, Little T & A would have been a hoot! Not to mention, Bitch!

The new JJF 45 was a bribe I received for taking some awful medicine as a very young child! Must say I didn't care as much for Child of the Moon, but it didn't stop me from playing it ten zillion times. But, next I really got hooked was about age 9 ....Through the Past Darkly. I guess I always liked octagons (that's what it was, right?!)

QuoteThe JokerRonnie Wood's, shaky, flawed style (by comparison with Mick.T flawless style) pushed Keith to overplay classics or future classic Stones numbers - for instance, Honky Tonk Woman and YCAGWYW were too slow, and If you can't rock me/Get off my Cloud were way too fast and shaky. That the way the Stones started mimic themselves. As a result, Charlie - who started to hit less

He certainly doesn't look ....healthy in that Daily Mail picture!! Poor Jessie! Poor Jo! I think he'll probably get his shoot back together again. But seems he just keeps rehab-ing. I used to feel that the pressure was coming from Keith to keep the partying up, but now I don't think so. But, imagine, getting Sober Up advice from Keith Richards. Geez!

Sometimes I think I can guess which are really 90% + or - Keith songs by their simplicity. Simpler titles, lack of flowery words, etc. Then, just when I think I've figured it out, I turn out to be wrong! But what is the whole theory about simplicity and perfection. You listen to something like JJF and wonder how anything can be THAT good! Same for a lot of their other "simple&qu

I would've started treating myself to the GOOD seats LONG before the Bigger Bang tour! Years of doing the nosebleeds at MSG! I should've robbed banks to get the money! What was I thinking?? What was I saving my money for?? Plus, I'd like to go back and re-experience those shows after I started getting the good seats --- I was just TOO excited to fully enjoy them and would like t

My problem is that I just LOVE driving and listening to the Stones. I feel deprived of that special pleasure.

And now I've got "Mack the Knife" stuck in my head with this full-blown image of Mick crooning it in Vegas. Could be worse, I guess!

The Stones do plastic surgery?? Really?? Not doubting you, OLDKR, just wondering why they wouldn't have started with a couple of wrinkles, here or there. Also, I thought it was because Keith didn't like cheese??

Had a little Goat's Head Soup party for my car ride today and...Coming Down Again sure is....fantastic. So, I think I'll fourth or fifth that suggestion. For pure sexiness of vocal (do they give Grammy's for that category?)

How wonderful to be great at two different things. I bet he's pretty darn sensational in a couple of other areas, but....

Well, they've taken over my life, for the most part. Started when I was 9 in 1969 and, they've just been there since then. Gotta believe in something. Keith has taught me that it's cool to cuss in everyday speech. Also, he has given me permission to not give a hoot about my hair, and whatever it chooses to do on any given day. They're also allowing me to age without wor

I admit to still having a crush on 70s and 80s Keith. Too easy to feed with all the old dvds in circulation. I'd like all of the wrinkles to disappear, the hair to come back, and the gut to disappear, but....I'd like all of the same things for myself! There's tremendous "beauty" in the present day Keith. Just seems weird to have any sort of attraction to a well-weathere

Yeah, I know he's old, but that jet black hair is/was like a trademark. We'd still know he's old even if he dyed it! He looks very, very hot, no matter what....But he did look like an old waitress wearing a hair net in that Vuitton ad! (But, nonetheless, a sizzling hot, way close to the griddle, old waitress in a hair net!)

Ruh-roh. Not what I wanted to see. Is getting a premium account something that I should do? I'm beginning to get discouraged. Do I do the one song at a time download thing, or get Rapid Share? What does everyone else do?? Error You want to download the following file: | 177072 KB This file is larger than 100 Megabyte. To download this file, you either need a Premium Account, o

Thanks. Especially to with sssoul. You would think that sooner, or later, just searching my question, before asking, would come naturally to me! Maybe I'm too old. I mean, I'll do it when my kids ask me things I don't know. You just can't say, "I dunno," to kids anymore -- you have to search for the answers. Should start doing it more for myself and keep from

I just finished watching Darjeeling Limited (weird, but cool) and, of course, I was taken by surprise when the song Play with Fire started playing. It was very well placed -- just fit perfectly, but it got me to thinking....Do the Stones see the movie before they agree to have it put in or is it just a matter of payment?

YCAGWYW. I'm sure it's very annoying to others -- but, tough! But, when I'm in the car, I can't really tell because the Stones are always playing anyway. Now this is kind of funny...My message says something about "I'll get back to you when I'm done with Mick and Keith..." but my friend insists it sounds like "....when I'm done making te

Thanks for the suggestions! 117th st., huh? I used to love Stromboli's when at CBGB -- I wonder if it still tastes as good as I remember. Back in the Bronx when pizza was 25 cents....(There was a pizza war between a new and established place)...But I'm dating myself (?!) and going off topic. I like mine cheesy. Wouldn't give it up even in total devotion to Keith.

One of those "a-ha" moments. Gotta be room for a little fun. That combination sounds sickening to me, but heck, I like brussel sprouts (the definitive affair, of course).

>>... right, it couldn't be that the restaurant-owner is making it up or just wrong about whom he's been serving<< Right, my next thought, exactly. Heck, if I owned a pizza place in NYC, the first thing I would do is make up a story about Keith having pizza there. It was probably just an Elvis impersonator, but the guy just so much wanted to believe that it was Keith...
