My God!!! Rock music is dead! We will never see a performance like this ever again nor will we hear lyrics like this again on live late night TV or any TV show. There are no young rock bands that could do this now. Love the Grateful Dead. On of my favorite American bands. They brought country, folk, rock, hillbilly, rockabilly, blues, psychedelic, etc forms of music to an audience that wanted to shake their bones. Saw them approximately 25 times (I think) from 1988 through 1994. I was late to the game. The band's different incarnations since Jerry G died have been unfulfilled experiences for me.

Don't like the idea of a 73-77 box set. I think the band in 77 was a very different from their 73 version. They are many different aspects of these two bands. Different personnel, different sound, different direction, different audience, different music scene, etc., etc. A 71-73 box would be nice; 68-70; 75-76; 77-82 would be nice as well and so on and so forth...

I'm Your She's Mine is the opening song on the set list. Why? I know its a Johnny Winter song, and his version is pretty good, but really? The Stones are playing first (real) show since 1967 and they open with that?
