Glad they played this one. It seems to fit well between the two well known songs. I truely think the Stones will have put this song up there and now will get more airplay and boost album sales. This is a fantastic concert! Is it the best example on film? I don't know of better. Every song is played brilliant. Rambler, IFYCRM, Monkey Man, awsome JJF. Maybe Satisfaction is a bit weak but overall the best show I have seen. If their is a better vid please tell.

I gave up using the microtabs. they are made by the same people as the nicorette gum. I like them. they are a real harsh peppery taste but i have found that when i need a ciggie, one tablet dissolved under my tounge and the urge is gone. What guitar did Keith use on Gimme Shelter in the Paradiso in Holland in '95? Yeah but the hollow body produces a nice blues sound but not a distorted one. So play the 355 on blusy songs and crank some more distortion on songs like GS. That LP junior he played sounded mean. Also like the double cuttaway he plays MR on.

I wish he would play these sometimes instead of the 335 on songs like SFTD and GS. So much more grit in the tone compared to the 335 which is very warm and jazzy sounding. IMHO

I love that version of SFTD with the horns. Takes it somewhere new. Sadly you can't hear keiths guitar but faintly you can hear his guitar solo wail away and then the horns kick in after his second solo. it is cool. This is a good Woody moment. You can hear his parts clearly and they are great especially his reggae backing on the solo.

Missing frm Boston show. WTF? This is the only keeper on the album and they keep playing ONNYA and RFD? Rough Justice is a great song. Maybe the album version could be mixed better but still the best on a by the numbers album. ONNYA is just not good enough. It has no Riff, just a standard chord progression. Boring song. Bad enough with Miss You in the set without RFD as well.

I think The Last Time from No Security is a great example. Notice Ronnie starts the song for once and plays the main riff, but he plays little fills with keith at times. Also Gimme Shelter from the Paradiso show and Midnight Rambler from MSG on FF's. That is cookin!

listening to the boston 99 mp3 of SFTD frustrates me. I have been looking for a decent modern version of SFTD for a while and this one is a nice version rockin out with the horn section. BUT... i cannot hear KR. I must say it is still enjoyable and Ronnies playing is excellent. I especaILLY like his reggae style backing on keith's solo's. You can never normally hear this stuff.
