Quoteguitarbastard QuoteMCDDTLC Slash has said, many times he's a BIG Mick Taylor fan!!! I also appreciate his solo's on: Sweet Child Of Mine & November Rain.. MLC dont like the song november rain too much, but what he does in the last solo ist just killer: he plays that awesome melodie (or theme) till he end of the song but the 3rd time he changes that one little note (0:51

Quotealimente I don't agree that Breakin' is a "great song". It's more or less riffing with the Take It So Hard and How I Wish signatures all over it. It's interesting as an outtake, but for an official release it lacks originality. ...imo "Breakin'" could be a great song, even if that riff reminds to How i wish or Eileen.

QuoteRocky Dijon A few years ago when Keith was on Steve Jordan's radio show that was exactly what they had discussed. Steve said he was listening to unfinished Winos tracks and that a few of them were really good and that they were talking about finishing them off. Keith said something like it would probably just be an EP not a full album and that it might be download only if I remember cor

QuoteTeddyB1018 QuoteKRiffhard QuoteTeddyB1018 Keith is still recording toward a potential Winos project and there are growing rumblings toward Stones activity for next year after the Super Heavy project. Teddy, you know a thing or two! Don't you think that currently Keef activity is directed only at Winos project? Yes, I do think that. What I don't know is if the project will come

Quotetexas fan QuoteNickB His production on Lucinda Williams' album Blessed is fantastic. It sounds warm and inviting and the guitars are recorded and mixed wonderfully. This is absolutely true. Maybe a bad choice for the Stones, but he's not a bad producer. Stones sounds imo shouldn't be warm and inviting

QuoteRocky Dijon The Don Was detractors seem to believe that Rick Rubin or Jack White or Glyn Johns' kid could somehow convince Jagger and Richards to try harder and get better work out of them. I don't believe that is so. Any producer on a Stones session is just an employee for hire and can be told where to go. Mick put up with some crap from Rick Rubin during the WANDERING SPIRIT sess

The band is plowing through masters of 1978's Some Girls in search of buried gems for a reissue similar to last year's Exile on Main Street. Jagger has a solo album in the works, and Richards has collaborated with Tom Waits and cut tracks with Steve Jordan, key member of his solo band X-Pensive Winos. "There's a Wino-ish thing in the air," Richards says. "We've

I "throw dirt at Sir. only when he makes crappy solo album as 'Goddes', when he bring Goddes style on Stones album (Streets of Love and others filler) or when he ruins good song as Following the river with an embarassing voice. In any case, he's the greatest front man of all time
