They have been on fire since the Xmas break. The shows were much stronger than the Fall shows both setlist-wise and performance. They show no signs of aging! After seeing the LA Forum show, I wish I had saved the money I spent going to Boston for the August opener and went to MSG and Boston arena shows instead.

Nice is great but I prefer further west toward Antibes and Cannes. Nicer beaches, Cannes is a sand beach compared to the pebble beach in Nice. More restaurants and bars in Nice. Fun place to visit. Outside chance I will be there for the show.

Anyone who was stuck in the traffic going to the Forum will know why they kept the lights off longer. They wanted to get the F@#k out of there before the roads got tied up again with all those cars that surrounded the Forum. It took us 2 hours to get from Wilshire and the 405 to the Forum! Missed most of the opening act.

J. Geils were one of my favourites in high scool. They used to play 2500 seat arenas and I remember them bringing people up on stage. Full House is one of the greatest live albums of all time, bar none, any band. Great to see them open up for the Stones in Candlestick Park 1981.
