QuoteMassimo68 Quotecolourist San Jose 99 has been posted and is ready for release ... SD Blu Ray will be released too ? I'm also waiting for an entire Voodoo Lounge Tour show. They released the VL show from Miami on VHS back in '95ish. It was that tour's pay per view special with Whoopi Goldberg hosting (SMH). If you can find a copy, it'll cost you. Very hard to get th

QuoteMonsoon Ragoon They will rehearse half, one, two dozens of interesting or even very interesting songs. They will play two of them, one of them only in Dublin. That's it. Maybe one or two shows will have exciting setlists, like Hamburg and Nanterre II, the others will have the usual "almost only songs that are already played to death"- setlists. Of course with the usual "r

Quotekeithsman QuotePhillyFAN Often times I am bored with little else to do except follow FB pages and other sites. There was talk of RW bad mouthing MT in a foreign magazine - something about him being a handful but put a guitar in his hands and he's fine. There was also a recording of KR and RW chatting about MT. RW said " His guitar playing intimidates me". I wish I could find

Quotekeithsman Can't see it myself, Keith clearly loves Mick Taylor being on-board but i don't get that vibe from Mick and Ron. Jagger seemed annoyed at waiting for Taylor to finish his solo's when he guested before, i mean its ridiculous, being impatient with an amazing solo so that Mick can sing more . Like we don't get enough of Mick singing. Keith certainly does love

QuoteNate QuoteGAFF I don't know how on earth they came up with 799 Euros for PIT in Berlin. Absolutely nuts. Someone mentioned before that there are higher taxes for them to pay in Germany which in theory should reduce the ticket prices in Ireland because artists don't pay tax in Ireland I believe or at least that used to be the case. Nate If taxes are the issue, then they'

Quotegrzegorz67 Quotepaulywaul I don't wanna sound alarm bells unnecessarily, maybe they'll get these ridiculous wristbands out in good time and it'll all work splendidly ? But certainly for Hyde Park back in 2013 when Barclaycard were involved, it was a f**k up extraordinaire !! I'm just wary of this "IF YOU WILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR WRISTBANDS BY FRIDAY JUNE 22ND"

QuotePalace Revolution 2000 Quotedoitywoik QuotePalace Revolution 2000 I remember when the thing started with Mick leaving the stage for Keith's little set; which is bad enough. Wasn't that rather for pragmatic reasons? Like, cooling down a bit, drying up the sweat, changing clothes, giving the voice a break, perhaps taking a leak or having a dose of oxygen, etc.? Which would make t

Loved German's book. Also enjoyed "STP: A Journey Through America With The Rolling Stones" by Robert Greenfield, and "On the Road with the Rolling Stones: 20 Years of Lipstick, Handcuffs, and Chemicals" by the late Chet Flippo. My Stones library numbers over sixty books and there are actually very few that I didn't enjoy.

QuotePalace Revolution 2000 There are two books on the making of 'Performance'. Well, there might be more, but two are the ones that stuck with me, because they bring incredible insight on the wheels turning behind this film. About Cammell, Roeg, Lieberson, Johnny Shannon. The adventure of the film is as captivating as the plot. What are the titles? I'd like to check them out.
