Davido, I don't think Mick can really pull off any authentic blues song on a stadium show. Last tour, most of the blues songs on the b-stage were played rather uninspired. I do think they could do a great blues set during a theathre show.

Someone mentioned Monkey Man... Are you @#$%& mad?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? That's one of the greatest Stones compositions ever laid on vinyl. Keith shines the whole way through on this one. Just unbelievable!!! Other gems that are criminally named as 'worst' here, are No Use In Crying and Heaven (both are underrated pearls IMO). Mick's vocals on these tracks are haunting. Actually

I forgot to mention the most underrated Stones song imo. I think Waiting On A Friend really is one of the all time greatest songs written by anyone. Ok, it's a Stones classic, but not as classic as it deserves to be.

Some Girls (the album) is overrated, but Shattered is underrated?!? The most overrated Stones song has to be You Can't Always Get What You Want! Underrated pearls: Sweet Black Angel, Backstreet Girl, New Faces

Well Kent, honestly I think Keith should shut the @#$%& up. Old Habits ain't the same quality as Angie or Wild Horses, but it was Mick who wrote 90% of the good songs from the nineties albums. This guy has been frontman of the greatest rock n roll band for over forty years and now he won a golden globe. I feel nothing, but great pleasure for Mick.

Who cares though?!? Mick Jagger is the only frontman left on this planet. Just take a look at the pictures... he's the real thing.

Old Habits isn't exactly a classic, but the soundtrack of Shrek is just unlistenable.

41. Re: .
So much crap going on here. The Stones are @#$%& because they hired Chuck and Chuck himself is a @#$%& for 'plinking up' every single stones song. Just listen to the intro of Loving Cup (any Licks boot) and then tell me Chuck is doing a good job...

I understand your point on MR Gazza, probably not the best example in general. I don't completely agree on your opinion about Elvis though. He was an extreordinary performer, but sometimes I think his early death contributed a little bit to much to his legend as the King. Me, myself, have great admiration for someone like Jagger who pushed on for nearly 45 years. His life style in the late s

If you ever saw the Stones performing Midnight Rambler live (any gig), you know who the greatest entertainer is. Mick's diversity on stage as a performer is unrivaled. It really is. The man can do anything, anywhere in the world and he always gets the crowd going like no one else.

Lots of albums you should hear... Rust Never Sleeps is a great one imo. Also try Neil Young unplugged and listen to Look Out For My Love and Transformer Man, just masterpieces (as is the rest of the album). I saw the DVD "Last Waltz" from The Band and Neil performed Helpless, Helpless. Trust me Lorenz, you need to hear that one too. No one mentioned Harvest Moon, the sequel to Harves
