I just received the same Mail. This is ridiculous, incredible. What to do? I cannot pick up from Wednesday. I'll arrive in London on Friday (when there will be no pick-up possibility, not even that)! Who are these people? I'll ask them to bring my tickets to my hotel. An on foot, if British mail is too slow.
