My executive summary: - first checkpoint was fast and easy, but there were huge chaotic lines to get to the right arena entry point (the opposite of Thursday for both remarks) - overflowing toilets and stalls that won't lock (and this was observed during the opening band!) - one less merch point inside; impossible to buy a shirt unless you have 20 minutes to waste, even outside the venue;
