Hello Hopkins. I too have a stones bootleg which matches your description. The label is pastel green in color. Side 1 has 'Student Involvement Group at the Auditorium' on it and side 2 has 'New Brunswick Students at Moose Hall' on it. Not a very good recording and so I hardly ever played it. Probably haven't listened to it in over 40 years. Will give it another spin tom

Charlie Musselwhite has been touring with Ben Watters lately. Would be cool if he joined in with the the band, an exceptional harp player.

Very sorry to hear. Certainly hope he manages a full recovery. Had Blue Sky on repeat for about 1/2 hour the other day, such melodic and fluid guitar playing.

Quotekeefriff99 Quoteblack n blue ZZ Top played 15 songs last nite we got boned the other night. I thought they need some better speed. No energy compared to fogerty More like ZZ Slop, amirite? Slop indeed. Went to see them about two years ago and walked out after about 20 minutes.Dull, methodical and boring. The beards and silly hats are starting to wear a little thin. Saw Heart and George Thorogood backing up the Stones at Boulder, Colorado afternoon show in Oct. 1981 so, could be from there. Boulder is a mountain town, was quite windy that day - and very poor sound as a result.

Just got home after seeing the show with a buddy here in Calgary, Canada. I haven't been this impressed with a Stone's flic since I first saw Gimme Shelter back in the winter of '70. For starters and most importantly, at least for me, was the sound. Very clear and crisp, great mix (you can even hear Daryl) and no audience interference whatsoever-except between songs. I can't

QuoteToru A Japanese movie caption of Sympathy For The Devil lyrics was saying "Still fed up with Yoko Ono?", did Mick actually sing so? Don't recall hearing Jagger sing that lyric but there was a brief shot of a guy in the audience wearing a t-shirt saying " still mad at Yoko Ono " or something close to that. That might be where it came from.

Quotemasseywinos Huge Dylan fan here and I have been A concert regular since the late 90's I'm 49 but grew up in the country so didn't get to a lot of concerts when I was young. Anyway I am very worried too about him performing at this festival. I would hope he would change it up from his shows the last few years but I doubt he will. Could get ugly. "Could get ugly"...

QuoteJamesMadison The Stones used to be rather famous for their harmonica playing (I guess Brian Jones was considered to be better than Mick?) But this song by an American group gives the Stones a run for their money, and then some. I wanted to post this song for those young uns who may not be familiar with this song. Makes some of the Stones solos look like child's play. The guitari

Montreal Forum, April 29, 1965. A testosterone fueled event - a hockey arena full of screaming teenagers and no adults in sight. Setlists weren't an issue back in those days as you couldn't really hear what was being played anyway. A good time was had by all except for perhaps the adventurous ones who rushed the stage and got their heads bashed in by the security personnel...those were
