I think its a Ticket Master UK thing and not just the Stones. A lot of concerts I have had to wait for my tickets. Starts to get a bit scary when you need to fly to London and the tickets are still not with you.

I have a few T Shirts but only buy ones I like. My fave is from Voodoo lounge Has caricatures Mick on the front, Keef Ronnie & Charlie on the back. Dont know who the artist is ??. I did not think it was a priviladge for FOS. But they came and offered it to everyone all through the concert. We were passing back to lots for the people behind us. A while ago on another Stones tour. I purchased a ticket last minute from someone who said they would send it COD. Ticket arrived with a note saying I will be in seat no ** just pay me on the day. How many people would do this now ?. Not many I think. Anyone else got nice memories of being helped.

usually the "7-10 day" tickets, are special souvenir tickets for one-off events/festivals Sorry no they are not always. Tickets I received for the secc last tour were bog standard and if I remember correctly they arrived around 12 days before the concert. Makes me laugh when I look at ticket master and it says: Your tickets are currently being printed.

I read somewhere They say they will just treat it like Newyear They have around 1.5million there at Newyear and they are just estimating up to that amount for the Stones. So will have the same police and security they will use on the 1st Jan for the stones.

Sound gets better the further away you are. Best place to be for sound in a stadium is usually infront of the mixing desk in the middle of the feild. The walkway at the Stones concerts kind of puts that option out. Its nice to actually be FOS and see them in the flesh but the sound quality is definately different there.
