Happy Birthday Bill! Miss you in The Stones lineup! This is the third time i see him at the same place. He turned 60 the first time. I met him backstage that last time and he is such a sweet guy. Got loads of records autographed, and he really liked to se that Monkey Grip was one of them. See some of you in Oslo then.

That's what I thought. He is playing in Oslo tonight and I will probably/hopefully meet him backstage. I'll bring him a nice bottle of red wine for his birthday. I met him a couple of years ago when he played. Funny thing is, he played the same place when he turned 60. At that time he was very confused or something because he went straight into his touring bus, even if we had waited

If you have EVER seen the band up close you would not even think about questioning them about the fun they have. They are all smiles and laughter during their shows, and why is that? Because the money is rolling in? No, it's simply because they love what they do!

I think Keith has changed for a lot of reasons. On should be quite obvious: he's grown as a musician and developed his style. I'm very happy that he doesn't play the same way he did in the 60/70s. Let Status Quo boys do that. Also the band has changed. Lisa, Bernard, Chuck, Bobby and the rest of the horn section have been with the longer than Jones and Taylor together, which mea

Only one thing matters to me: If he is good enough for Keith, Charlie, Ronnie and Mick, then he is good enough for me! Nothing more to it.

Why bother? We all agree on some songs we like, and there's always people who likes songs that others don't. And it even differs from day to day according to the mood and the mental state we're in. I just have all the songs in my collection. That way I always have a lot of song that fit my mood. Just like some people refers to verses in the holy book, I can refer to verses from th

Silly discussion. The Beatles and The Rolling Stones are the two best bands in history. On pop band and one rock'n roll band. And the band members have been friends all along. They even agreed on when to put out their new singles not to step on each others toes. But it would ruin the image of being on two different planets if they startet playing together. This discussion is as silly as w

Both good rockers, but the melody they focuse on Respectable nowadays I really don't like that much. But when they don't do that, like on the 78 tour, I find it better than Whip. To play, Whip is much easier to get hold of. Respectable is hard to get right is my experience.

Amen. Too much complaining and much too little joy here now. The Stones are great and everybody knows they're not perfect. They have never been, and that is just fine by me!
