Quotevirgil How about all the organizations that are in cahoots with all these secondary markets. All the college and pro sports teams ,concert promoters and many venues are also guilty. There are plenty of stubhubs located right on the property of the game or show you are attending. Stubhub gets 33% on the listed price, they charge the seller 15 and the buyer 18 then throw in the F U fees and wh

Excellent reviews that capture well what an excellent show they gave. Over three hours packed full. I got my money's worth.

I was told by a long term fan in October 1997 before I saw them the first time in Charlotte, NC "It will always be the most expensive concert ticket you buy but you won't walk away from the show feeling cheated....they for sure don't phone it in" True to this day.

QuoteTumblinDice76 St. Paul and the Broken Bones were very good as an opener in Chicago! I kind of like openers myself. They opened several years ago in Atlanta I believe. The only opening band I've seen for the Stones since 1997 that actually got the audience's attention. Wow are they good. Saw them in a small theatre type show a couple of years later and they melted the walls wit

Quotespikenyc Quoteaustrianstones We plan to do the double Charlotte/Tampa. Headquarter in Tampa, go to Charlotte on showday and the next day back to Tampa. But we`re very afraid of the cancellations of fligths from/to CLT. Last year on our "missed" tour(Miami,Jax, Houston and New Orleans, on the original dates), we stranded two times in Charlotte btw. now we know a hotel close to t

Quotebv Well I hear that bar is just a couple of blocks away from the venue, so it will be jam packed on show day. I am sure we will find a better place once we get closer to show day. Suit yourself, I'm always able to get in.

QuoteStonesBlake Got LD for St. Louis, Nashville and Dallas. No problem at all. Had to wait in the que behind 1,000 folks but got them first try. Really glad for your success. Reading this thread tells me what a crap shoot it is that TM invites us to, shouldn't be like this.

Quotenorthernale1 when will they get rid of the American express and official platinum bullshit? or do they ? Problem isn't Amex, use them for a lot of presales and they have very decent seat offerings. The problem is TM in general and the RS-TM combo. No way do I have this level of time, difficulty and frustration buying tickets for other bands. I average 6-8 concerts a year, about h

Amazingly frustrating process. I know RS hearts are in the right place, but I get an LD link, in the TM queue select the LD tickets and then go to check out. Unknown error is says, the pops up no tickets available WTF is the queue for anyway?

WTF, My LD link after waiting in the queue sends me to Detroit, MI field date not Atlanta. All the links seem to be doing that... What a screw up. Update, Refreshed page and now link is correct. I didn't hit the LD link until after 10AM to start. Weird

QuoteJN99 PIT continues to be the best value, though hard to equate a $500 ticket as a good value. Anyone else notice the floor tix that were $350-$400 last year are all $500 (ish) this time? No thanks... Compared to 2019 tickets I bought for football stadiums they are about 20% higher for same seat locations. The old boys are really building up their retirement accounts before they inevit

Quotegotdablouse Black Keys blocked access to resell tickets by using the Ticketmaster App with "rotating" barcodes, smart ! As long as that doesn't keep us from reselling extra tickets to offset the insane "regular" prices.

Presale today was better for me than yesterday. Finally with 6 count them 6 presale codes I got some today. Actually pretty good ones. On Keith's side at the end of the side ramp just up off the field a few rows. Meets my wife's requirement of a seat without someone standing up all the time. Price was the same as sitting on the 80 yards line up off the field. Hmmm, much closer

Quoteangee QuoteSockers56 With these Platinum tickets, how can you tell if the are face value or not? Compare 'em to someone who got 'em for face, and they are more expensive. If you don't know or see a face price, just know Platinum are re-sales and inevitably cost more. Example from today. Section 113 tickets, front row $396, later today Platinum price wait for it.....$717.

Charlotte presale was a cluster__k. From the forum sounds like a lot of us are striking out on this one. Something about the combination of the Stones and TM that does not work well. I buy many tickets through Amex presale and other means. Never, but never the difficulty with RS-TM combo. A few of the pleasures were.... Long queues on one device, shorter by far on another with differe

Quotesteffialicia Quote24FPS This is so sad. Rock and Roll is on its last legs. Only the Museum groups are left, playing their Greatest Hits over and over. At higher prices yet. I guess U2 will have been the last relevant rock group. I think you're looking at this in the wrong way. Many of these songs are out and out masterpieces. Would you ever get tired of hearing Bach, Beethoven, etc.
