QuoteKoen Quotecrholmstrom People in Jacksonville don't even care, haha. Looks like its a big social thing more than a football game. Isn't watching a football game (or any game for that matter) a social thing by default? Go to the stadium or watch at home or at a bar with friends. To a certain extent. If you want to actually see & know what's going on in the game, its bett

Mild start to week 16 last night. Things are looking up for the weekend though. Potentially all of the playoff teams could be decided by the end on MNF. Of course, I'm most excited about the Sunday night game. GO HAWKS!

QuoteGasLightStreet If Jay Cutler gives a press conference and none of the local media members are around to ask any questions, does he give any quotes? Cutler is leading the NFL in salary & interceptions this year. Yikes!

Nine Inch Nails should be in. Trent Reznor is a visionary who is pushing the boundaries. Probably backlash from him daring to comment about getting screwed over at the Grammy's (song cut way short).

Quotekeefriffhard4life Quotenightskyman Seattle now looks like the strongest NFC team, as Green Bay did poorly today in Buffalo. I'd still like a Green Bay-Seattle championship game. Steelers looking better. The Pats look awesome. the seattle 49ers game had all the momentum turned in the seahawks favor with that bad call for tackling wilso that ended with a TD for seattle instead of a F

Quotemr_dja First and foremost: Welcome back crholmstrom... Hate to hear about your dad and the drama that is unfolding... especially sad when family members have to make a hard time even worse. Parts of my wife's family is starting to act rather inappropriately as her Dad's brother has begun what the doctor's have to us to expect to be his final few weeks in a three year battl

Sorry I've been gone. Internet issues @ the house. Hard to get on at work. + dealing with some heavy family issues. Dad is dying & the knives are out with assorted relatives. The medical people have figured out I'm the only one who is reasonably sane. It's like having another full time job. Anyway, on to way better things at least if you're a Seahawk fan. QuoteGasLightStreet Saints played possibly their best game of the season in Pittsburgh. The biggest reason they won? Jimmy Graham not getting ONE PASS. At least as I recall how it went. Brees was able to be Brees for once in a long time. What's up with the NY Giants? WTF!!?? I think Graham is overrated. Good TE but possibly a head case. I'd take Gronkowski over him any day.

Quotemighty stork Great win by the Packers over the Pats. Truly enjoyed watching Brady dropping several F-Bombs as the game was clinched by a first down. I have a very good feeling that the NFC championship will come through Titletown this year. The cheese fondue first game of the year was yummy!

Quotemighty stork Many are saying that today's Patriots/Packers game is the Superbowl preview. I think the offences match up pretty even but Pats may have the edge on defense. If the Pack take it today I can see them winning out the rest of the season and have home field advantage for the playoffs making that Superbowl prediction a good possibility. Lambeau is a huge home field advantage.

QuoteChris Fountain 1:25 PM ET CBS Patriots (9-2, 3-2 away) Packers (8-3, 5-0 home) Line: GB -3 O/U: 59 If you gamble- I recommend the Under in this game. Control will be the rule in this affair. In order to do so, Running game must be established, which melts away the clock. Sounds logical. The frozen tundra can be unfriendly to high scores (& visiting teams)

November, 29, 2014 NOV 29 8:00 AM ET By Terry Blount | ESPN.com 641COMMENTS16EMAILPRINT It’s not often that a team goes 1-for-5 in the red zone, has 14 penalties for 105 yards and still wins the game by 16 points on the road against an opponent with a winning record. Carroll Carroll That’s what happened Thanksgiving night when the Seattle Seahawks defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 19-
