QuoteHEILOOBAAS I believe it's Ft. Worth #1, wh. I believe it the worst show from 72. I bought the 2 LP set of the Philly Special in the late 1970s. I believe this is taken from that. So it would be Ft. Worth #1, and Philly #2 as well as assorted tracks from the other two Philly shows. Late 70's probably Mick Taylor We Miss You or Jack Daniel's On Tour, not, Philadelphia Sp

Quoterskinno QuoteLiveAtHidepark Just another RS-Kinno faked track. Believe it or not, RS-Kinno also recently unearthed Midnight Rambler from 18-01-1973.... I don't understand the reason he do such things. Yes. It is London 9.9.1973. I think they did not play 'Midnight Rambler' on this concert. It was only in the radio broadcast as a conclusion. Why do you fake studi

Quotestonesman87 Hey everybody. Recently I burned some mp3s to CD as a data disc. They play at normal speed in my PC, but in more than one DVD player I have, they play too fast, a bit like after inhaling helium or like Alvin and The Chipmunks. I've researched this problem far and wide, but haven't found a working solution. My guess is that it's something in the burning progra

I remember an old interview with Ian Hunter in a french magazine. Probably late 70's. So it's only my memory, but basically it was : - can you tell us why Mick Ralphs have leaved the band ? - He was tired of writing songs we were unable to play. Ian Hunter is great and humble. I bought the boxed-set "Stranded in Reality".

Quotedcba Semit-OT but is it true that for RS-266 the Rattlesnake bootleggers just copied an (excellent) tape that was circulating among fans? If I remember correctly (I don't want to check it now), "Melody" have the same cut on both Cristal Cat 493-95 & RS266 - And CC 493-95 was released years before RS 266.

Quotegimme_shelter Probably the 3 tattoo you alternative versions with full sax: Neighbours, waiting on a friend and slave. I agree with “liveathidepark”: too many people think they can remix a song or just want a collector to give them things for free. And they need it NOW. As an average collector, it was not really new (music) but a MAJOR upgrade (sound quality).

Quotefrankotero I miss the days of record/cd fairs, never knowing what to expect from TSP mostly. The best days of collecting in my opinion. Living in a very small village, and very far from big cities, for me, it was always mail orders. I remember ordering a lot of records from the USA. Air-mail was VERY expensive, so I always choose surface-mail, sometimes 2 weeks, sometimes 4 or 6 weeks to

Quotedcba Thx for all the infos Hendrik! If the OBR boss puts 4 new tracks on each "Bird's Vault" release I wonder how many volumes will be necessary to get all the new UC tracks. 10? Little by little, sooner or later, the songs appears. Will it take 2 years ? 5 years ? 10 years ? I don't know. If I'm right, I suppose you never buy anything. So it should not be

In bygone day's we respected bootleg releases and bought what we could afford, We would then tape the Vinyl to cassette tape and swap with other collecters. Yes in the bygone days we waited for p

Yes, "Angel Baby", it was a rather good copy of the "1972/1973 Stones sound". A tribute more than a fake (un hommage plus qu'un trucage). I wonder if my sentence make sense in english.
