Croatia dominated the first half. France has two goals on one shot. Croatia had plenty of chances to score. They just need to keep up the pressure and they will eventually even if up.

Uruguay over France Belgium over Brazil Croatia over Russia England over Sweden Belgium over Uruguay England over Croatia Belgium over England I picked Belgium before it all started and I'm sticking with them. England is long overdue for a world cup championship. They are in an easy bracket and have the easiest path to the final. I personally think Belgium vs Brazil is the champ

Quote24FPS For years there wasn't a way to hear much of Brian live. In the past few years we got a live Little Red Rooster, another live Movin' On, a live I Can't Be Satisfied, to show that he did variate and improvise on his slide leads. The mystery is why he never did much in the way of finger leads, or on acoustic. Stu said he was playing Django when he first heard him. Extremel

Quotedrbryant Of course the Stones stole it in the first place, from the Staple Singers haunting rendition of “This May Be the Last Time.” The song is public domain so no infringement. video: Amazing really. Keith stole it from the Staple Singers. Brian Jones made it a hit. Oldham stole it from the Stones and then Ashcroft made his version a hit. I'm starting to think that if anyone d

QuoteRedhotcarpet Brian should have been credit along with Jagger/Richards. And the ALO orchestra. I agree since Brian's guitar part is the whole song. Take out his guitar and this song would have never been a hit. Bill stated Brian came up with this motif on his own. This one should have been a Nanker/Phelge at the very least. Jagger/Richard/Jones would have been more appropriate.

I don't hear two 12 strings playing the motif at the same time. I think it's Keith on acoustic and Brian on 12 string electric. Keith's gashed up story of a guitar that appeared out of nowhere and then disappeared just as quickly is a bit of an exaggeration. This definitely sounds like a Brian riff. He was playing a 12 string Rickenbacker around this time. Cloud, Singer not the Son

Great interview. I like how he pointed out that he never got any credit in the band. He speaks good about Brian. He always did speak highly of his guitar playing. I would have never guessed that he was that soft spoken.

Ouch! Michigan got taken to the woodshed. DiVincenzo could hit a three from the parking lot. Congrats to Villanova for their second title in three years. Congrats to Michigan for making it to their seventh title game. Michigan had a great year with only three star recruits. Shows what a great coach Beilein is.

GO BLUE! They have Wagner and the nastiest defense in the country. We'll see if Villanova will be able to bomb away from the three like they are tonight. Kansas is soft on D. Michigan will be a whole other story. Wagner was a rebounding machine tonight. Should be a great title game of blue bloods. GO BLUE!

QuoteLeonioid Michigan did great... but Mich St sucked... they were 10point favorites over Scuse... what bunch of posers. So much talk about how good they were, how far they could go... bracket of death... yadda yadda... and they lose to a play in team... duck of death. QUACK! I dont care, I did pick in this game, but I had them losing to Puke... so... onto the night games Not to take

GO BLUE! Michigan wins in dramatic fashion. Sweet 16 for the fourth time in six years. Free throw shooting is massive in big games. Michigan made theirs down the stretch and they are one of the worst free throw shooting teams in America. The bun had a great two games but one guy can't win every game. Michigan doesn't start playing better they are going home next.

Air ball three Virginia got spanked. Typical Virginia team. Great defense horrible offense. To bad Virginia failed to play any defense last night. We all knew it would eventually happen. Just not to the top ranked team in the country. I haven't seen that many threes miss the basket completely in a long long time.

The introduction is Brian from the Rock and Roll Circus. He introduced the piano player. I forget the piano players name. It was cur out of the official release. I have it on a bootleg copy of RRC. I listens to this with headphones. At the very end of the song listen carefully. The third guitarist is mirroring Brian's rhythm guitar part briefly. It's a 12 string. You can hear the hi

Whoever is playing those licks it sounds pretty good. Someone needs to mix it a little better. If this is Brian playing it kind of buries his other part. Brian's more well known part anchors the tune while Keith plays off of Brian's guitar like he used to. This added part adds to Keith's licks. It's like Keith's buried overdub during his solo of the Last Time that you hea

Quote1963luca0 I can only tell that I have asked Amazon to cover the most expanded distribution. Still, I can't say if the will release the book simultaneously. What about waiting for a couple of days? Thank you very much, by the way! Lucs Will do. I'll keep checking Amazon USA. I prefer books to downloads.

Satisfaction. I was sitting in a neighbors car in the 70's listening to AM radio and Satisfaction came on. At the time I was heavily into the Beatles. My first Stones album was Rolling Stones Now shortly after that. I had every Beatles album. Most of them I lifted from my older cousins who lived down the street from me. My mom used to take me to the music store to buy one album. I randomly p

(Along with the Brian Jones estate, whomever that is). Especially Bill since he's always written everything down and has the best memory of the bunch. It's interesting that you mention th

Just finished listening to it. It sounded pretty good to me. Some of the songs you can only do so much to improve. There's no saving Ain't That Loving You Baby. Come On sounds pretty crisp and clear even though I've always hated it. The highlight for me is Brian Jones playing lead slide guitar on I Wanna Be Your Man with great backing from Bill's bass. Great early tune. This i

Just got mine in the mail. Can't wait to compare with all my other bootlegs. I don't expect the sound quality to be that much better. Just looking forward to hearing Brian Jones when he played some lead guitar and sang back up vocals. Now we need an announcement of when the lost video stuff is coming out.

Quoteironbelly There is a strong rumor that on November 2 there will be an announcement of major X-mas Beatles release. I have a feeling that we'll have a collision of releases. I have no problem buying multiple Christmas presents for myself. Lol. It would be nice if the DVD of the Stones On Air was released too. Beatles and Stones at Christmas would be awesome!
