I have viewed some boots I have of this tour, and yes, it must be Chuck who starts the "ringing" guitar riff on his keyboard--Ronnie, Mick and Keith all huddle towards Chuck to begin the song, the first time they played it live in Philly--and then at the end you can clearly hear Mick's guitar, either an octave or whatever, lower than that "ringing" riff.
