I do find it funny you spend more time on the word "idiot" then on the fact that I, and others, are right and Stonestod is wrong. It WAS a 40th anniversary tour on 2002-2003. The Stones DO do anniversary tours.

QuoteStonesTod they don't do anniversary tours...and i agree with tele - the calendar won't dictate squat Once again StonesTod is the idiot he always is. The Licks tour was a 40 year anniversary tour. The compilation that came out, that they toured to support, was 40 Licks. It was 40 because it was 40 years. Throughout that tour all members of the band remarked on the 40 year

Amazing! Thank you so much!! It is quite remarkable how far she has come. You watch this video and see her miss her intro (twice) and then start to sing over Mick once. She is so nervous Mick has to drag her around the stage. She is huge now and very used to being on stage in front of thousands. It's also surprising the Stones took her under their wing after this lackluster perform

for the life of me I cannot find a video clip of Sheryl Crow performing "Live with me" with the Stones back in 1994 on their pay-per-view show. Anyone have that they can possibly send to me? You can find everything else from either artist BUT that song. I no longer have that whole show on tape and would like just to have that song on video. Thanks

I just don't think the Government should be involved. Let the free market reign.

I stumbled across this old commercial! It's very funny with the Flintstones advertising cigarettes. Plus...it does have to do with the stones. You know, everyone is named some kind of rock. lol. Here is the link:

I was there as well. It was awesome! The sound was very loud so I hardly heard Dave as well but they could have had it cranked due to the crowd being even louder. When they opened with "You Really Got Me" the crowd went crazy...I went crazy. It was so sweet. Dave was the weak point. Not that he wasn't great or anything but Eddie...for just being out of rehab was in top form

Met her once...she is very, very sweet. She asked me for my name and how I was doing. Bernard was the same way. I don't think it would be a Stones show without either of them.

Have they done "Let me down real slow" live? I LOVE that song. I also agree that a few shows with nothing but post 1989 songs would be excellent. I almost drool to that concept!!

Did anyone else notice how well they seemed to get along during many of the parts of the new DVD? Esspecially after the Superbowl. Watch when Mick is waiting for Keith and says to him "Great job! You sounded amazing!" and slaps him on the back. It's always good to see them get along so well...brings hope for a 50th anniversary tour.

You gotta know Mick is hating this. Mick has always wanted to be in the movies and be an actor taken seriously but only does this flop or independent movies. Now, along comes Keith, and he is in this huge and wildly successful trilogy. Funny stuff!

Lorenz, why should businesses be forced to do anything? How about forcing a company to give out handouts then that company folds. What happens to the handouts? They are gone. Companies provide jobs. They help make the economy go. THAT is why you offer tax breaks to them. Why do you think some states offer tax breaks? It brings in business and that means JOBS. Why do you think so many busi

I can't stand this stuff. Write your own music! I think we can all agree on this topic. Roland talks about the Stones and how they fight it in his blog: What do you guys think about it?
