I think they would rather have something more interesting than a star on the walk of fame. Why not just replace the hollywood sign w/ RS? :-)

This post has made me laugh. I would rather see MC than Brooks and Dunn (I never imagined I would hear Boot Scootin Boogie before Mick came on stage...), and of that only out of curiousity. I would probably spend a good part of the MC opener priming myself up with beer before the show. Tommy Lee did a reality show at my school (University of Nebraska) a few years back, and he didn't see

Congrats to you! But the convenience fee better include free beer/liquor and your own personal butler to get them for you!

Hey there...glad to see a fellow Nebraskan! I've been to several shows at the Qwest Center...there is usually a good amount of pot smoking, but it depends on the show. Green Day was suprisingly clear, but Paul McCartney and U2 were both hazy on some areas of the floor. So if that plays a role in your decision, I might leave your kid at home. Otherwise, hell that's the opport

Yeah, it would probably turn me off some. I don't see it happening...Bono has all sorts of pipe dreams that Larry Mullen likes to squash. I wasn&#

Omaha seems to be very strict in general. For the PMcC show, the security were taking away signs people had made, and Paul even said at one point that the security needed to relax...it's only a poster! I'm always good at playing stupid, like "oh, I forgot my camera in my purse." :-p Another question...does the band ever stop and greet fans? If they do, when is a good t

Ok...I'm going to my first RS show in Omaha this Sunday. I've always liked them, but I haven't really got into them until the past year or so. I got good tix to boot, so this will probably be the highlight of my year...already! I checked several pages back in the threads, and I didn't see (at least) a post about the camera policy. When I saw Paul McCartney a few months b

Actually, I saw Kanye open for U2 in Omaha (where I see RS play this Sunday..yipee!) 1) I'm not a hip hop fan, but Kanye is very good showman. I admit, he got a largely middle aged white midwestern crowd moving...which isn't easy to do. 2) I take it you've never been to a U2 show. It's definitly an experience. I won't compare them to RS, or Paul McCartney (who
