One day I'm going to get on my high-horse about the Satisfaction instrumental that I'm convinced is a folded-down stereo mix & has been fooling us for years. Check out the faint "Hey hey hey", if it's a true instrumental that should NOT be there. Nor should the fade-out.

This has been discussed before, this is a FAKE. They've taken the first instrumental section with harmonica & the solo guitar part & spliced them together to form a fake instrumental. Listen to the original, there is NO harmonica in the verses when Mick is singing. To prove this I have just spent half an hour doing exactly that but with the original recording so quality is as g

Now this is strange. In my copies of DAC101 & vancouver there are NO voices in the intro of the acoustic section. Voices are only in the VGP versions I have. HOWEVER, I don't think it matters because you obviously have two different sources & that mix of You Gotta Move is VERY nice indeed, so I would request that you keep mixing & post the whole show when you are finished, lo

That's the one. We still don't have a decent-sounding audience recording of the whole show. Of the two we have, one is quite distorted throughout while the other less so. I just extracted She's a Rainbow & put it into my audio editor (Adobe Audition) & it's exactly the same as take 2 from the 8CD set of Satanic Sessions so nothing new I'm afraid. This has long been on my list of projects to do but it's like Antarctica, it's big, you know it's there, but no-one wants to go there, it's sooooo daunting.
