My favorite concert of all time was the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ on a Wednesday nite...I lost my hearing completely that nite, no buzzes, nothing but dead silence. It stayed like that, which terrified me, until I woke up in a hotel room in Philly with friends to see the Stones in JFK Stadium on Saturday. When I woke up, I could hear a TV playing in the room after 2 full days and nites of co

A friend of mine who always had a camera with him, was in NYC watching them erect the "billboard" just before the ride down 5th Avenue in the flatbed truck...he called me...I charged to the Garden (I lived, and still do, 8 miles west of NYC) after hitting my mother up for all the money she could give me. I got in line and got 8 tix, 2 each for 4 different nights..then I got at the end o

My mother died 2 years ago. Down through the years, she financed all my Stones tours, and my brother and I paid her back. We were deciding what to do with all the tix we got for 6 nights at Shea Stadium in NYC, when my mothger spoke up and said "what about me?". My brother and I looked at each other, turned to my mother and said "Ma, you want to go?". She went 3 out of the 6 n

I was coming out of a deli in NYC buying beer after a Marshall Tucker Band concert at Avery Fisher Hall, with Ellen Foley opening up. Drinking small plastic glasses of champagne, and they were waving Rebel flags in the balcony. It was a rip-roaring night. When I got back to the car, my girlfriend and this other couple were crying.

I have about 300 color 35MM slides of the Stones at MSG in 1975. Ron & Keith are wearing matching red jumpsuits with white lettering on the back saying EXXON. The scenes are outstandingly clear. How do I get them converted, and what would be the best medium to put them on. Please help!!! I have had these for 30 years now.

For the record, went to the Meadowlands Arena in NJ about 10 days ago for "Guns & Roses". Axl is still up to his old tricks. Starting time was 8:30 PM. There were 2 opening acts. Both were set to play 50 minute sets, with 15 minutes in betweeen the two. Place was only about 1/2 sold out. I went to their web site to get an idea of when they might actually come on themselves. Some nig

I got to the Beacon at 4:40 PM. Walked completely around the block. I saw a woman who I know as being an usher inside the Beacon. She was standing right at the stage door. She told me to wait. Five minutes later Keith & Charlie walk in about 8 feet from me. About a minute later Ronnie came in. About a minute later, in came Mick. I asked her how to get a ticket, she told me that it was never g
