No inside info but could imagine album coming on the 15th. Why would Jagger do Fallon for just a single? I think 7/10 could be a kick off date for some limited shows. The press for this started on 4/1/26. Didn’t someone post they already played the album to journalists? Why if the release was 3 months out? Why would you release a single that won’t chart in 2026 9 weeks before the album?

I really like this song. To me it’s blues but has more energy than the stuff from Blue and Lonesome. Is their promotional plan to be quiet for the next 10 weeks. When is “ the first” official single coming? Is Foreign Tongues the actual name? I would say thus far their promotion has just frustrated fans. The average joe doesn’t know anything.

Sorry folks. It’s 2026. The stones could release Gimme Shelter, Start Me Up etc and it wouldn’t chart high despite the quality. I say to my kids “ do you think I ran out to buy the new Bing Crosby record in 1976?” It could be a great single but you’re not going to see top 10s like everything was from 1964 thru Steel Wheels.

It’s funny we want the new album and we wanted it yesterday. That’s what happens when you go 18 years without new material. We’re like ravenous dogs. Liked HD a lot but I also think it was a little polished which is expected after 18 years. Hope they take a few more risks on the new one.
