QuoteBowieStone Thanks Rockman! Any idea which session this is? Yes, I know. That was the session for the George Jones duets album, The Bradley Barn Sessions. Keith played and sang on Say It’s Not You, the mandolin is probably Marty Stuart.

According to setlist.fm 32 times. From Werchter ‘95 to Stuttgart ‘18. And 3 times Ron Wood. Mick Taylor once. I’m afraid this number won’t change.

The first artist I always think of conserning this topic is 80s McCartney: McCartney II, Pipes of Peace (even better than Tug of War), Press to Play are excellent albums, but forgotten to this day.

On March 30 he wrote on twitter: Sending love to John Prine who is in critical condition with COVID-19.. John is a music giant. His songs are as good as it gets and he’s a spellbinding performer. Send good thoughts his way. “I sound like that old guy down the street that doesn't chase you out of his apple tree.” He produced one of my favourite Lou Reed albums, Ecstasy. R.I.P.

Had tickets to see him last year, but he postponed until February. He postponed again. New date was in August. It wasn’t meant to be. Rest easy John. “When I get to heaven, I'm gonna shake God's hand Thank him for more blessings than one man can stand Then I'm gonna get a guitar and start a rock-n-roll band Check into a swell hotel; ain't the afterlife grand?”

I saw the brothers yesterday with their acoustic tour in Amsterdam. It’s a damn shame Gorman isn’t with them anymore, because the brothers still sound very good together. Imagine that with Gorman behind the drumkit.

This is probably not the place to pay my respect for her, but being a kid in the late 80s, early 90s, Roxette was vital in cranking up my interest in music. Even listening to them today, I still hear their (well Per Gessle actually) fantastic craft in songwriting. R.I.P. Marie. Roxette singer Marie Fredriksson dies, aged 61
