What they need really badly us a Producer (not Was) who has the courage to tell them when a song needs more input from the rest of the band, a bass player who fits in better and how to push Jagger/Richards for better songwriting and more interesting lyrics!!! If this happens, we are sure to get a "classic Stones album"!!!

I agree 1969Fan, "Saint of Me" is one of those real classic Stones-tunes. If Mick's vocals were a bit lower in the mix, if Keith added a bit more of his rhythm guitar groove and there was more of a Wyman-like Bass riff to mesh with Watts drumming in the tune it would have been a monster classic!! I thought this thread was about "a possible new Rolling Stones album" coming within the next year??!!! I read so much negative stuff, but mostly from a handful of people who just happen to post incessantly! But, the other "fans" post about what the actual thread is about, "excitement over possible new Stones music"! They have been at it over 50 years, let's a

Hi all, new here but longgggtime fan. I think they should open with Street Fighting Man as it's similar to JJF, no need of backup musicians and sets a tone while saving JJF for later. Then end show with Sugar, Shelter, Sympathy, Satisfaction & end with "Last Time" (ending with LT gives Jagger chance to play with audience thinking it's over, last concerts and such ambigu
