Guys n gals...no disrespect intended towards anyone's opinion. The Stones are men in their mid 70s with health issues to boot. It would be very irresponsible of them to fly from State to state in today's new world... ANYTIME SOON. Put yourself in that position, when will you personally feel comfortable enough to go to even a club or bar type show, nevermind a game or concert?? My selfis

I jumped back on the TM website today (app was useless) and even though I had already submitted a refund request the option was still there for my Buffalo pair. I waited 8 minutes for a live chat where the rep told me he can see my refund was already requested, but I asked him if he would not mind to go ahead and manually submit it himself as well. He agreed and said 30 days, so we shall see.

I'm pretty certain it's just a matter of TM being inundated with refund requests, don't forget it's not only the Stones but hordes of people are trying to get $ back for all the other concerts and not to mention sports as well. I half expect my request to not even have gone through and I'll probably have to do it again eventually. Living in NYC that's not exactly on

Hey everyone, most importantly I hope you're safe and well. Case anyone is interested after being bounced off the app about half dozen times last night I went on the website and after three or four tries was finally able to submit a refund request for the Buff show. TM says it will take up to 30 days to credit CC. Made me real sad to do it but figured with all the uncertainty having an extra

Got two tixx in sec 112 today through the AEG presale! Road tripping from Queens NY so didn't want the hassle of wishing on good Lucky Dips or StubHub...happy to pay a little more to have my mind at ease. First ever trip to Buffalo as we (unwisely) chose Pittsburgh for 2015 Zip... please any advice,is it better to tailgate in the lot or are there any bars a quick drive away? IORR Meetup? My

Wild ride got me to this one! Originally bought a pair for the first June 13th date when they went on sale in November. The week before Christmas we find out after so many years of trying we are going to be blessed with a child!! So I'm super psyched that I will technically be taking my boy (found out the gender in late Feb) to a Stones show and I'm over the moon excited! Then boom, the

I bit the bullet and got things over with scoring two in the 100s level @MetLife. Normally I'd play the waiting game and check the sites daily...but I'm in my mid 40s now and don't have the patience or determination to play the find the best price game any longer. Im a bit bummed cause I know I overpaid but when the summer gets closer and the anticipation of the show kicks in I won

I turned my wife into a big-time Stones fan! Early in our relationship I took her to an IMax theater in NYC to see Shine a Light and she was instantly mesmerized and hooked! Over five years later when they finally went on that initial mini tour and played Brooklyn was one of the most exciting nights of our lives. Had seen them myself already about ten times at that point but something different b

Saw them four times since '12... Brooklyn will always hold a special place because it was my wife's first time. My favourite show though was the Friday in Boston. Wonderful little road trip we took. Great pre-gaming in a few spots near the arena. We had terrific seats as well, got Memory Motel, Whip and Emotional Rescue (one of my wife's favourites and first time I got it live). Ju

Hello all, hope everyone is enjoying their holiday season. Visited the exhibition last night and just wanted to include my 2 cents in case anyon e is on the fence. Went with my wife and brother-in-law at 6pm and was a little surprised at how crowded it was. Nothing crazy but I imagined it would be a little slower during a frigid Saturday evening in the heart of shopping time! The Edith Grove rec

OnlyStones wild banquet manager, prostitute n drug filled adventure!....that was a good time. Not in a funny ha-ha way (for all you Slingblade fans) but in retrospect it is pretty amusing remembering a bunch of posters write how Mick would never go on, and this is the end of the Stones after Lauren's death a few years ago.

I've also seen Love twice and man did it blow me away. Went in 06 and 08 and remember subtle differences between the two. I wonder if it's constantly evolving? Anyway I love the Beatles but unfortunately can't seem to find any literature that really excites me about the history of the band. That giant black book with all their heads on the cover served better as a footstool. McCart

Oh wow tough question, agree with most everyone about all his output pre mid 90s being a lot of fun. The Stand stands out as a favorite. Christine is so much fun. I remember snatching Four Past Midnight from a counter of a supermarket I worked at when I was a kid, staying up all night reading The Langoliers! The Long Walk was a heartbreaker. Everything hrs done in the last 20 years or so has been

I am in no way defending the Stones for doing this corporate gig nor am I trying to tell anyone how to feel. I just don't get why anyone is so up in arms about this either way. The Stones absolutely do not owe us anything. We choose to pay the ridiculous prices, we choose to buy their music, t shirts, books etc. Hell they could pretty much do or throw anything out there for the public and yo

Don't post too much but I had to chime in here. Might get my opinion bashed, but whatever....Ladies and gents these are the Rolling Stones we are discussing. Let's go to an extreme and say you've attended 100 of their concerts, that's still only a hundred nights of your entire life that you were graced with the atmosphere, the presence, the vibe and fun of the greatest band th

I actually keep a concert journal. My list is a little over 100 so won't bore you guys by transcribing. I usually note venue, date, who I attended with, and something interesting (good or bad)that might have occurred. Ex:singer fell down, drunk guy a few rows up puked, hot chick starts randomly making out with me so I can sneak her into 2nd row Stones MSG Pre internet days I also used to jot

Hi all. A little over a month ago I experienced some sudden hearing loss in my left ear. Working with an ENT and fortunately it looks like things are improving. This emergency has got me super sensitive obviously and I'm looking to protect myself. I asked the ENT about wearing plugs and he suggested the cheap ones from the pharmacy are fine. I prefer to buy something a little more meaningful

QuoteDrPete Smashing Pumpkins in ST LOUIS at a Lollapalooza in late 90s. They came on after fantastic sets by the Food Fighters and Beasties and the crowd was pumped and their set started with a 5-10 minute dirge of a song. With the crowd now thoroughly subdued, Corgan started blasting the crowd about how we sucked and everyone hates St. Louis. Yeah, we and many thousands headed home Oh man th

With the boys on hiatus through the summer thought it might be vaguely interesting to hear about your worst concert experiences...So pitch in with one or two of the most disappointing shows you were unlucky enough to attend. The one that pops up first in my mind was The Cars semi-lived reunion tour in 2011. Was really excited about seeing them at Roseland, always considered their songs light, c

Seen them roughly a dozen times , mostly here in the NYC/NJ area. Did take a couple of road trips to Boston and Pittsburgh in '13 & '15... As long as they're playing I'm going. To me it's much more than the 2 - 3 hours you're in your seats. It's the anticipation that kicks in the days before. Waking up that morning and knowing tonight you're gonna see M

I was at that 2005 MSG show as well and to be honest it was my least favorite Stones show I've ever attended. To be fair part of the reason was I had horrible seats, some jerks behind us spilled a beer on my date and some neighbors down the row wouldn't stop yapping while we were trying to enjoy Alanis as the opener. I recall the slow version of 19th went over like a lead balloon, plus

Such a bummer. Larry Sanders was one of the best TV shows ever. Perhaps the first without a laugh track. Paved the way for stuff like Curb your Enthusiasm, The Office, Veep etc. He just always seemed like he was in on the joke. He definitely GOT IT. Only 66...Hey Now!
