Good to hear about Waters, Hairball. Some Wish you Were Here /Dark Side would be pretty cool.I know it's got to be a great band. Hopefully Dylan has the sense to play a 'Festival set"

Dylan:his current show is unsuitable for such a large venue. It was wonderful at my 5000 seat local venue, but will not carry to 100000.His current band can do anything, and the smart move would be to drop the Sinatra crooning and deliver a 'Greatest Hits" set, heavy on the rock and roll, especially opening for the Stones. Stones:I imagine they will play the same warhorse set they have be

Quotemosthigh QuoteThe Joker Quotejumpontopofmebaby Well hopefully the whole experience of being in the desert surrounded buy mountains and hot Califorina girls will just make it a very cool time. And I still think it could kinda be a battle of the bands in a way. That's why I selected weekend #2. Mick going to have the A game going. Especially if he feels the Stones were not the

I feel like I would much rather see the Stones at their own, stand alone show. Living in Southern California I hope I won't have to go too far to do so should they tour this year.Cochilla presumably would negate an LA area show? Similarly,I would love to see McCartney again, just not in that horrible sea of ****s in the desert. Thankfully,I saw a wonderful Neil Young show in a small venue

I just pulled a 11th row center ticket for Dylan at Santa barbara bowl! So excited I had to tell everyone. ASX had a 'waiting room' and when my turn came I pulled that ticket.I think they screwed up because after fees it was $144....tickets in that section are "golden circle" with heavy extra fees, but my recipt is $144. Yay Zimmy!

Blues in the Morning is your shining example of Keith's stellar playing? As generic a 'Jam' as ever there was? His guitar playing, when he deigns to actually play has diminished a great deal.

Keith at the very peak of his powers. Perfect. I don't think there is a better rock song.

He does more gesticulating than playing during Happy, because he can't sing and play at the same time. When singing,he is constantly looking for the key. This is just Keith coasting on his image,p

QuoteKRiffhard Quote72hotrocks Honestly this was boring. I just saw Neil Young play and sing fantastically for three hours.Flawless. An artist not only still engaged in his past but also passionate about creating new material. I barely made it through 15 minutes of this.Boring.Safe.Coasting.No effort. It is easy for me to see who cares about the Muse and who cares about the Spotlight. K

I also enjoyed Elvis' book. The most enjoyable aspect for me is just how clear it is that EC is still just a huge fan of music in general.Good stuff.

Santa Barbara was easily in the top 5 shows I have ever seen by anyone.Simply astonishing 3 hours of music. Funny side note I went down to the venue early to sell an extra ticket, and then to lunch down the street>A famous Mexican place "La Super Rica".While standing in line to order,I see Darryl Hannah and a friend setting up a long table with 15-20 chairs.A few minutes later a bl
