With you 100 percent on this hbwriter. If memory serves me right I think I heard it live once in Toronto at one of the 12 or so shows I have seen. You nailed it perfectly. It's cool because it's not that well known or a hit outside the Stones universe. But it just grabs me. Worried About You does the same for me to a lesser extent. I leave it alone for a while then go back to it and it

Goose Bump song. Love everything about it. Love some of the Stones longer songs like Memory Motel , Can't you Hear Me Knocking and this one. They are nothing alike but all are faves. SSOH has a beautiful gospel feel and the lyrics are perfect. Masterpiece.

I watch way too much sports on tv (just ask my wife). So really noticed last few weeks or so a ton of Stones music during intros, going to commercial, etc. Huge marketing blitz. Sometimes its classic Stones other times it's one of the 2 new tunes. Anybody else noticed?

I put this album alongside A Bigger Bang as albums I consider pretty poor and dont listen to very often. Some good songs on both but overall really weak. Of the latter day albums Voodoo Lounge and Bridges to Babylon are the strongest in my opinion. One Hit is one of my favorite songs though.

Ok, 56 years old. Can't believe I am this excited about a new song. Last time I felt this way was Love Is Strong, and recency bias aside this is better. So happy the the album is a nice, clean 48 minutes. If these 2 tracks are any indication this is going to be one hell of an album.

Seems I have been priced out of the concert scene. I have seen Dylan a dozen or so times, last time was before the pandemic. I was excited to see he was coming to Massey Hall in Toronto. This by far my favorite venue in Toronto. And it's been renovated so would love to see it in it's new glory. Was logged in with Ticketmaster a half hour before tickets went on sale. 5 minutes in all &qu

That's too bad. I agree with earlier poster that it would be nice if they could involve Felder. His feud was with Frey over money. And they had that blowup at the end of their 1st go around. The Eagles basically had 2 separate eras during their run in the 70s. I liked both. Although I have never seen them live I have watched all the official releases. That desire to sound exactly like the st

Oh my guess would be playing guitar? I love Joe Walsh, the Eagles reunion in 94 saved his life and he has taken full advantage. I do have a question about the upcoming 4 year farewell tour. Is Deacon Frey a part of it?

I think the touring stadiums thing is done. There is no need to try and put on a full blown stadium show when the band is in their 80's. Running up and down ramps at an age when most people are either deceased or in nursing homes is simply illogical. They all have generational wealth so their is no need to carry on doing large scale gigs. Now, if they choose to play some arena or theater s

Having seen Ozzy on the "Rock Star" tv ad recently I'm worried about his ability to pull it off. Sadly looks quite decrepit.

Ditto on the Blu Ray, extraordinary. Watched this on PPV but it's been 10 years and I was likely over served so a lot I don't remember. Have only watched half or so but that version of Wild Horses is in my top 2 with the stripped version. And Going Down, well is simply killer. Love the duelling guitars.

FYI they are all at the age most people are in retirement homes eating jello. Its beyond amazing they still can do what they do. And really does anyone on the planet care outside this board if they release new music or not? No one under 50 could care less about the greatest rock band in history. And no one gives a shit about albums anymore. So I think it is a waste of time talking producers, new a

It's funny when you stop to think and put it in context. It really is astounding. How many marriages last 60 years? Friendships? Considering where the relationship was with Mick and Keith in the late 70s thru the late 80s who could have imagined? And outside of that think about the people in your lives that are in their age bracket. Can you possibly imagine any of them doing what these guys

Think of how many 78 year olds are pushing a walker around. Who in their right mind would have ever predicted we'd have a Keith Richards kicking ass at 78?
