I also got pit tickets with my $85 ticket. For the Oakland show I got way in the back in the upper level. I came at 8:22pm and they handed my the wrist bands and tickets. Maybe the secret is to come to the show late. In Oakland I waited in line for 40 minutes and they just headed everyone tickets. When you show up "late" there is no line and maybe they have extra pit tickets.

I saw Paul a few years back in Denver. Midway through his 3 hour set he yelled " Elevation bring it on". Great show, sat on the side of the stage for $100 a fraction of what I shelled out for tonight's show.

Jomo's post is right on. I went to the Oakland show and had nosebleed seats in section 211 row 13. The people in front of me and behind me in line got sections behind the stage in sections 222 or similar seats as mine. The best seats I saw of the 14 or so ticket pairs were in one set in section 109 (tickets that were $600 at one time but had dropped to $147 the day of the show. I am sure
