I have such an old cell phone (from 2001) - it only can play "home composed" stuff and a standard variety of like 7 signals - each of them very annoying - son my son composed JJF for me, it sounds really weird but I like it .

Wasn't very WIDE jeans popular at that time? They had a high tight waist but the legs were wide... Remember the GUL & BLA jeans in 1970's, you had to lie on the bed forcing them on, it almost hurt... of course I was too much of a geek then but I do remember everybody wearing wide legged-jeans... even geeks hahaha. I had brown cordoroy ones. yikes they were fugly

I'm with the band by Pamela de Barres. It's real BORING. Not very well written and she actually makes her very exciting, rich life look real tedious. Big disappointment.

There's no one like ANITA I've had a serious crush on her for 30 years... That hyena smile, those sweet wicked dark cat's eyes, the slim body, the "gamine"-esque appearance. And also a real aura of intelligence. She looked nothing like a "dumb blonde". Anita FTW!!!!

It's funny, anybody who says "I think Johnny Thunders was a big hoax, couldn't sing, terrible Keith wannabe bla bla bla" (not my opion, N.B.) ALWAYS gets the "well good for you. HAVE FUN WITH YOUR STEELY DAN/DOOBIE BROTHERS/EAGLE RECORDS", I'm just like, maybe they, just like me, actually LIKE Steely Dan etc?! I lLIKE both Thunders and SD... It's just a

My parents don't know what rock'n'roll is. They decided to go deaf to anything but classical music in the 1960's. That's kinda rocknroll too... The stubborness.

There are so many people not interested in music (or in GOOD music ) so it's pointless to even explain. My son think Tom Verlaine's (Television) voice is the worse ever, but you know, I still have to not only be friends with my son, but also LOVE him... Personally I couldn't have a girlfriend who wasn't interested in music and I couldn't have a girlfriend just liking Sa

Quotehumanriff77 I think the monthlies like MOJO and UNCUT have become way too expensive for more rehashed stuff about the 70`s. I follow music online (mostly IORR!!!) I read music magazines religiously as a kid 1974-1977 - Record Mirror 1977-1986 - Sounds/NME 1986-1990 - Creem/Rolling Stone My favourite rock magazine ever apart from the great "Sounds" was "B-Side"
